Cons: "If they clean the plane before we even boarded... I saw trash on my seat, literally, when I just boarded the plane. Also if the cabin crew were attentive.. 2 male cabin crews were not as attentive to their passengers, but I want to thank the flight supervisor who was very attentive to our needs."

Pros: "I have seen some bad reviews abt airaisa and for sure i was afraid when i booked with them but i think each experience is different. I use airaisa to go to 2 city and 3 country and i have zero negatie comment . It was a nice experience with them . Always on time . Clean plane ."

Cons: "I spent 2 hours on the baggage drop queue even though there weren’t that many people in front of me. Airline shouldn’t offer web check-in if they’re going to take ages interviewing each passenger. Gate changed three times so it was chaos for all the flights involved. Plane left an hour 15 after scheduled take-off. No apology extended."
Cons: "I booked through kayak which redirected to kiwi. On the boarding pass it gave the wrong terminal (domestuc terminal, when i was flying internationally) then to find out the terminal got updated online. In addition, the flught was delayed and gates were changed and i found out AFTER i already boarded the plane. Terrible."

Cons: "The flight was on time. The food was disgusting. Ordered chicken adobo and it came in a form that I guess even a dog won’t eat it! Even my cat food looks much better, and it has the sauce. Their adobo missed the... adobo sauce. Flew twice with them but nah. Not gonna do it again. And I’ve got more than 10 low cost companies. Cebu too. And all European low costs. Cebu, is much much better than airasia. At least their food is delicious and you have enough space."

Cons: "I was double charged for the ticket. Customer service has been researching this for little over two weeks. Flight was delayed for just over two hours with multiple gate changes. Customer service at the terminal was no better than the customer service on the hotline."

NO REIMBURSEMENT, had to pay for three more tickets They broke a fragile purchase and said, too bad. Again, zero compensation. Fly with CEBU AIR!!!!!"
Cons: "We arrived 2 hours before our flight, only to be told that there was a delay of 2 hours, then before our flight delay time another 2 hours was added, and a further 2 hours. We were supposed to land in Kalibo at 6.40pm, and didn't arrive until 1.15am!! The even more annoying thing is that i paid double the cost of the evening flight to arrive at our original time, I should have just taken the ferry at least then we could have enjoyed the near 12hour journey it took us to travel less than hour hour in the plane!! Poor piece of food whilst waiting 9 hours also!!"

After they kept me on for 14 minutes the first time, kept saying I was first on the waiting list and will be less than ONE minute. This took at least 12 minutes before I repeated that, and did this 3 times. Also, trying to see how much luggage allowed, ticket indicated 32kg each but avoided to say clearly allowed to check in or what? Tried to find out more, but not possible through their website. If are allowed or not allowed must tell us clearly so know how to plan, from the start, rather than surprise me at the airport with a big over weight!"
