Be prepared to pay for everything after you pay for your ticket 7kg carry on max limits pay for the food you may or may not eat, and if you get cold easily bring warm clothes. No joke this was the coldest airplane I have ever been on in my 15 years of travel, so cold in fact that upon taking off you can hear the ice crystals breaking loose and traveling through the air system. I am going to say that the plane was in good condition and the flight attendants and pilot crew seem to be well trained as well as very polite."

Cons: "Its a shame—Singapore is a first-class city and its people are beautiful; except for one zealous person who made it her goal to ruin Singapore. Cebu Pacific (MNL) required our umbrella to be checked-in without incurring additional expense since it does not make sense to charge us because the umbrella price is way less than the shipping cost. However, Cebu Pacific (SGN) Counter Supervisor was rigid and unprofessional; she wouldn’t listen to reasons and logic. She said that this is SGN and not MNL and therefore, its totally different. She was correct because we were able to go home and security did not say anything about our umbrella. Basically, we do not have to check-in our umbrella in the first place. But the Supervisor was adamant and combative regarding our umbrella. We told her we’ll just throw it in the trash can instead of shipping it."

It was ok that we didn't get one but not ok that 2 crew members said they will get us one and never did. If you don't have it, just honestly say you don't have enough. Or just don't offer it in the first place!! No drinks... not even a glass of water without having you pay for it."

They moved our flight time up 2 hours, canceled all the later ones,and they were 30 minutes away from where we landed 1 1/2 hours before. We called and got no help. Had to pay $25 for a ripoff taxi to get us there on time. Then they were 40 minutes late anyway. No complimentary anything, no water nothing just buy buy buy."

Cons: "Had no idea that the maximum for a checked bag was 10kgs (which is nothing if your bag is large enough to check). Having already paid to check a bag I had to fork out another $100 to check my bag (a mid-sized duffle) what a total rip-off and bummer. Then there was the drama about whether I could take my scuba regulator through security or not and then there was the drama about a tripod and then there was the flight! No food (unless you had pre-booked it) and then you had to pay for water.....a new level of low class in low class airlines."

It looks like they only have one plane that travels the Puerto Princessa to Manila route so keep that in mind if you need to be somewhere on time. Philippines Airlines and Cebu Pacific Air had multiple planes coming and going durongbthis delay. I saw not a single AirAsia plane durong this delay. They sent an update email about a week or so that the flight was being moved up 2 hours, but no text saying that the flight was delayed. We could've spent an extra half day in El Nido if we had known. But still, I would probably fly with then again."

Cons: "Flight was delayed 4 hours they said due to congestion, however at least 4 other flights left before us going to Hong Kong that were not delayed. The staff at the counter lined everyone up to board only to hand out free water and cake send us back to our seats. The plane wasn't even there yet. Everyone was very confused and upset. After finally boarding the plane it was dirty. Tray table wad really sticky and there was a used cup in my seat I had to remove before sitting. Also my seat did not recline so I was very uncomfortable with small amount of leg room. The flight was supposed to land in Hong Kong at 7:15 by the time we got to hotel it was 1:30am. It's a shame I had to pay for the whole night at the Hotel."

Pros: "The bad started at the ticket counter where I received a $135 baggage fee. There website is specifically constructed to hide baggage allowances. The flight was approximately two hours later commuting due to "late turns on previous sectors." Updates were not provided so you had to sit for hours in the gate listening to constant gate calls for other flights. There is essentially no restaurants on the concourse. Inflight meals were all pay as you go. I was not asked if I wanted a meek, I guess because I wasn't Filipino. Filipinos around me were offered meals. Never again!"

Airport lost and found sends me to Air Asia,........... after about 10 times of doing that I finally got an Air Asia rep on the phone to take me seriously. But she didn't see too concerned or interested in finding my phone for me. I told her to check the plane, and contact me if they found it or not....... NO reply! So I called back the day after, and again, got the run around...... Now, this second assistant I told the same thing. No communications or customer care with this airline. I worked for the airlines for 14 years, and I could check a plane for a cell phone in about 10 minutes, and get back to you... Air Asia that's like pulling hens teeth!"
