My journey with Qatar Airways from Ahmedabad to Jacksonville on 3rd February 2026 was truly exceptional. The entire experience reflected comfort, care, and world-class service. This journey perfectly showcased the premium standard Qatar Airways is known for, and it left a lasting impression. I would gladly fly with them again.

Qatar maybe considered one of the best ailines in the world but nowadays it is much of a muchness with the rest

Seat experience average as they use old 777 for must flights despite full load. Qr fares are higher than other airlines for same routes so they should at least upgrade the planes . Food is average and same dishes for months on most routes I travelled at least - the Arabian rice dish “Maqboos” on every flight for months - I am sure there are other food Arabian dishes ?? It’s become boring ! Crew is always good which makes up for these things but hey confirm us what we need

Do I need to repeat my complaints about my lost carry on bag?

Noice cancelling headphones would be better since it’s a crowded plane And kids behaviors are unavoidable

Good staff, good intent, decent entertainment. More seat space would always be of benefit

For a short flight, Qatar Airways offers very good onboard service.

To many ads. 3 or 4 between each movie. All repetitive, all related to Doha which I was just passing thru.

This was a really enjoyable flight. Even though I was in economy, I had a great deal of leg space, I had a nice meal, and the flight staff was helpful and friendly. A really great flight.

some sections of airport are too cramped. The screening of luggage was twice and a huge hassle. They kept saying my boarding the for my next flight was in 10 minutes but were dragging the screening too long. having a 2 hour connecting time with this much delays in screenings is not good. They could see I was traveling with special needs kid yet I was" randomly chosen" to be personally screened again.

Seats not as comfortable as I had hoped. Food was very nice, service was fine. Entertainment options very nice. Had thought the premium economy was a more plus 2-3-2 layout but it was a 2-4-2 with seats not as wide as I had expected.

Overall good, bigger chairs in the future would be nice.

Good service from BA. Wish flight was non-stop to London from Grand Cayman.

If I have to decide again definitely I will pick another Airline…..British Airways NO MORE.

I asleep by the gate and actually didn't get to the airplane.

Messed about all day by airport staff. BA staff onsite refused to help, while we were with airport police regarding a theft. Had to pay £300 for new flights, and the new flight was 3 hours late leaving. Horrific

No onboard entertainment. Seats that did not recline and food for purchase only for a flight where we in seat for 5 hours.

My bag was delayed 18hrs going to Budapest and 71 hrs coming back to Chicago, I had a special meal request and they served my meal to some other passenger

Seats were too close together. I'm 5'10" and I really had trouble relaxing with less then 1/2 inch of knee space. Plane was really late and after customs we barely had 15 minutes to catch our connecting flight left even though we allowed for 3 hour layover at this location.
