Cancelled with no notification and no assistance from ground staff re options or rebooking, where to stay or how we could get home to LHR.

The local Turkish Airlines staff in Helsinki isn’t not aware of immigration laws of Singapore and wanted to refuse even our first boarding and threatened us with deportation on our own from Singapore. We had the next connection to Istanbul and then Singapore. The airline’s online check in system is requesting the visa to download and doesn’t have any option for 96 hrs VFTF passengers. So in general we made the complaint to the airline, as the boarding experience was awful due to unprofessional staff that doesn’t check or want to check the exceptions in the global system.

Surprised for charged $341.00 FOR my luggage. THY opportunist, taken advantage of the people not knowing luggage must be paid.. I flew 7 months ago with Lufthansa same place to Los Angeles my family lives and work in L.A. no luggage PAYS BIG zero .. I WILL NEVER TAKE ANY FLIGHTS ✈️ FROM TURKISH AIRLINES EVER AGAIN 😒 Please Don't recommend TURKISH Airlines to nobody.. I am a retired person. With very limited S.S. check for a month..$341.00 is my kitchen expenses for at list 5 weeks i am a vegetarian salads and sandwiches.. thank you very much for your investigation asking my experience about the flight with ROTTEN Airlines 😀

Good overall. Seat spacing a bit tight between IST and ISB.

Crew were unfriendly, touch screen for movies didn't work very well, seats were tight and uncomfortable

The fact that my flight was cancelled and made wait for 14 Fing hours to booka flightto a neighboring country.... never again

I already checked in online and provided with a window seat by default which was OK with me. When I printed the pass at the airport, I found that the seat number was different (aisle but in same row). By that time, all window seats were taken up, I am surprised that TK can unilaterally change seats after completed online checkin.

Boarding experience was a mess- both to and from Istanbul airport. No one knew anything. They asked everyone to line up according to their sit numbers- it was unbelievable. Business class had a separate line, but it was hard to find- I had to go through all that mess before finding it. Would not recommend

nice and clean plane but the seats and the comfort was not what i expected. i expected more based on all the ads and reviews that i've read. I guess you get what you pay for in economy.
