The only hiccup was a change of plane and the resulting delayed departure, otherwise everything was more than OK.

Turkish Airline is great! The fact that they provided a hot sandwich for an hour flight is truly amazing. I can't say enough good words but Thank You!

Awful. They cancelled my seats and demanded $1360 to rebook me

they were much nicer on this flight. however, my baggage was delayed by one day, and one of my suitcases arrived broken.

Everything was great Turkish airlines should show the same attention to international flights.

Boarding in Madrid was among the worst. Not the worst, but pretty bad. Cabin crew was very professional and friendly, as usual, I might add. Somebody needs to adjust the temperature in the cabin (i.e. too hot) and also the ventilation (there was none until arrival). Entertainment console didn't work (not the first time I have reported this incidence). Overall, TK is still one of my favorite airlines because of Istanbul and the lounge in Istanbul.

We were on business class from TLV to LAX When TK canceled their TLV to IST flight nobody could help us to rebook a flight at TK

Long haul flight need to have better snack/food options. Toilets were not refreshed regularly. No toilet paper or hand wipe tissues.

Very friendly crew and a very clean plane. The entertainment system was great with films worth seeing. It's difficult to be critical.
