flight departure was late, with no updates on status of departure
The aircraft was little tired but the food and service was outstanding
Really good 👍 This was our first time flying with Vietnam Airlines. It was a short domestic flight, so no meal service, but boarding was organized and the flight departed and arrived on schedule. The flight attendants were professional and neatly presented. All in all, a very good first experience. We would recommend Vietnam Airlines.
The flight crew and attendants are very professional and polite.
I am a bit upset with the check in counter, I signed up a wheelchair for my mom so they wouldn’t grant us her boarding pass. We got to the airport a couple of hours earlier and they had us wait and no one ever gave us her boarding pass or the wheelchair, I had to go back and complain when it was already time for our flight to board. Since we got their earlier, I could have easily pushed my mom myself and we could have relaxed and went to the lounge while waiting… when I finally got someone to help us he couldn’t explain how and why they dismissed us in the first place.
I had sometimes my trips with Vietnam Airlines and I like it 😊
The check-in process was great, and I cannot remember the name of the supervisor, but he was good and told us about the transit process very correctly and efficiently and kindly. We were given down access and the overall process was very efficient.
We boarded the plane at 1:20 pm It was hot. There was no air-conditioning It was stifling They kept us on the plane sitting there for 1 hour and 10 minutes
Technical problems checking in. Had to wait a long time while they got things ready.
Vietnam airlines is just one step upper to the cheapest one (vietjet, if you wanted delays and cancel or feel like a criminal then vietjet is for you) for sure better customer cares and on time.
Crew excellent calling me by name ! Only downside was no inflight WiFi
I was glad that the plane was not totally full.
Boarding and flying on time is the most important need of passengers they did that
The PAL employee who assisted my minor children went above and beyond her job and our expectations! Sophia was kind, courteous and made sure my children were taken care of!
Bad experience... Flight schedule should be on time, ours was 2 hours delayed both ways ,Mla-Panglao-Mla. Priority lane for Seniors & PWD should be practice but our Panglao-Manila flight, both priority & regular lanes boarded the at the same time, the only difference is that we were coming on 2 different lanes. It depletes the purpose of priority lanes.
Poor check in attitude , terrible food , movies selection poor, food came out cold , service terrible , entertainment system also broke so we had to use a iPad , worst biz class I have ever been on
Not a pleasant experience from the start of booking first flight all the way through to the actually flight. Only saving grace is the food.
There is a problem with the sound while watching movie or listening to the music ( the sound is static & goes on and off). Aside from the sound, the experience was good & stewardesses are nice.
I thought it was inappropriate that crew let some passengers in the back in full rows move to empty premium exit row seats when others had paid a lot for premium seats.
Everything was ok except that one of my checked in baggage which was new lost 2 of its wheels and so I filed a complaint and hope they would give comoensation. otherwise, everything was good!
