Everything went excellent! I worried a little about my luggage, cause i had a long stop at Qatar Airport (DOHA) on my way back, but everything went perfect!!! Great Airline, great pilots, the crew is amazing!!!! Respect for the people doing amazing things who nobody sees!!! I am from the Netherlands... Our stupid airport could learn a lot of Philippines Airlines.

They asked me to go down to economy when i booked for comfort class

The staff seemed nice. The plane is small and being tall you can experience discomfort

Flight stewards were sometimes short when passengers made requests at the same time. The requests were simple but a smile & a remark of "I'll get to you soon" instead of a curt & passing "Wait a minute." Flying is not cheap & good manners should be a given when taking care of people cramped in seats for longer than ten hours. The food tasted great but doesn't look appetizing. The mid-meal break food or merienda were great in the last two flights I was on.

It was amazing with great service. But the seating could have been better if there was ample arm rest areas

Everything is ok except the manner of transporting the people that includes me on a wheelchair. That was my first time cuz I was suffering from “sciatica “ and couldn’t walk well. Upon arrival at LAX it took me almost 3 hrs to get out of the airport bcuz of these wheelchairs procedures. If only I can manage to walk I should have done so OMG. Other than that so far everything is ok. THANK YOU.

Overall the flight was a good experience. It is different from American Airlines because they board the back of the plane first rather than the front first. Food was decent. They gave out pillows ,blankets , and face masks. I did find this airline had faster flights back home than others. Less travel and layover time.

Bad experience... Flight schedule should be on time, ours was 2 hours delayed both ways ,Mla-Panglao-Mla. Priority lane for Seniors & PWD should be practice but our Panglao-Manila flight, both priority & regular lanes boarded the at the same time, the only difference is that we were coming on 2 different lanes. It depletes the purpose of priority lanes.

Pleasant airline over all. On time, efficient, nice staff and good food.

Philippines AirAsia is never on-time flight, delayed 3 hours. Everything else was fine though.

Service it was good Lower airfare and discount for loyal customer

The flight was delayed by an hour . Traveling with 75 year old father was difficult and then when he asked for water he was asked to purchase :-) . Overall just an ok experience.

Overall service is good, the only thing I would like airasia to improve is there seating. Their seat handles are broken as well as the back rest

Boarding with air asia is excellent via organized lines by zone except when there is only 1 gate agent and no scanner, only by tearing tickets??? Crazy

The flight was supposed to depart at 9:25. It departed at 9:00. Im glad we were early and did not miss it.

Premium seats should have legroom this one didn't have it. I had 2 free checked bag but I got charged for while it shows on my reservation

Our flight was canceled and then moved and delayed twice and we ended up leaving almost 11 hours after our schedule.
