EVA canceled me out of the return flight from Manila to Spokane so we had to rebook and repay. Very unprofessional!! Still have not returned home!!
It was very long way flight but its good I like the food they serve in EVA air its really good!

Check in process in Manila was so slow. From the time we got in line to reaching the counter we could have arrived at Taipei even if the flight was delayed for half hour.
As a senior traveller it’s difficult to be seated all the way at the back
The flight was ok. The person who brings tea and coffee totally forgot about us or just walked past at both meals. And special attention is given if you are Taiwanese

Always on time and flight crew were great. Boarding in Manila was a bit chaotic and disorganized compared to Incheon.
Never had a flight delay issue with Korean Air, that's why I always go with this airline.
Flight crew were very attentive and made this trip a pleasure. Plus the fact that this our first time flying business class.
Food choice could be better, plus the crew can walk around and offer snacks and drinks. Also the air-conditioning onboard blows high speed, and very cold makes the trip uncomfortable.
Always have great flight experience on Korean Air. Glad to have been able to book this on Kayak/Under Pricer this year!!

I’ve always been impressed by the cleanliness of the toilets or, at least, its frequent monitoring, cleaning, and toiletry replacements. The in-flight service by flight attendants is superb.
Really good! I like all the crew, they were so nice and very efficient.
The crew were professional and attentive. Blankets and pillows were on each seat which was appreciated. The food was served warm and had a balance of various nutritional options. As far as the monitor there were not enough English speaking choices and foreign shows did not offer English captions.

Most relaxing long distance flight I have been on. And I have flown on many.
It was our first time flying with China Airlines and had a very nice experience. The airline staff & crews both on the ground and air were very nice. Food on the plane was very good. Will recommend it to family and friends.
I would like to commend the staff from this flight. They all looked happy and I can tell they love what they are doing and constantly smiling while serving the passengers. Special mention to the guy FA in our section. I did not get his name but he is so far the best F.A I have ever encountered!

Decent flight, staff was very good, especially with the turbulence during the flight due to weather. Comfort was about par with other airlines but since it was a quick flight, was not much of an issue for us.
It was a 2 hour flight to Taiwan. Lunch was served. China Airlines goes above and beyond for their passengers.

The crew was always polite and pleasant, but our flight was delated by almost an hour.
More meal choice. There was only pork, beef and shrimp. I could not eat any of it and they had no alternatives
The only notable problem was bathroom facilities. Only one toilet for far too many people, and dirty nearly all the time. Both otherwise, Cathay Pacific is great. Wonderful staff everywhere.
The flight attendants were very helpful, efficient and courteous in helping everyone!
I didn't see any flight attendants offer coffee or green tea. There was regular drink service but after a short meal was served didn't notice that happening.
The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The food was great. Lots of movies to choose from as well as tv shows. Highly recommend.
Better. I took an aisle seat this time. Although the overheard compartment above the seat ahead of me kept opening up during flight.
Short staffs, I ask stewardess to bring me cognac twice during dinner but they didn't bring it!
Mediocre. Nothing special. Bad airline food Never received the food I requested Slow response from ground staff concerning my wheelchair. I was left at a holding area and had to walk the distance to the gate. In Hong Kong
My biggest complaint is the comfort and no good movies to choose from. My headphones didn't work either. 😔
Everything went smooth. All flights were on time No changing gates, . No changing flights . It was like a completely different airlines tha n the last time I used Cathay Pacific . The last flight, 2 months ago, I had before this one was from Philippines also . I got changed in Manila and was told it only added 2 hours onto my flight . My 20 hour return trip ended up being 30 hours return with a 10.0 hour layover in New York with no seats anywhere . Everyone was sleeping or sitting on the floor . Unlike the hotel I was given in Manila to wait for this flight home . I never thought I would use Cathay Pacific again . But I did and this time you were great! I should have complained about the flight and layover from Hell a couple months ago. Consider that I am complaining about that august/23 flight now . Thank you got the great flying experience on my way home from philippines .
The staff seemed nice. The plane is small and being tall you can experience discomfort
Flight stewards were sometimes short when passengers made requests at the same time. The requests were simple but a smile & a remark of "I'll get to you soon" instead of a curt & passing "Wait a minute." Flying is not cheap & good manners should be a given when taking care of people cramped in seats for longer than ten hours. The food tasted great but doesn't look appetizing. The mid-meal break food or merienda were great in the last two flights I was on.
It was amazing with great service. But the seating could have been better if there was ample arm rest areas

Everything is ok except the manner of transporting the people that includes me on a wheelchair. That was my first time cuz I was suffering from “sciatica “ and couldn’t walk well. Upon arrival at LAX it took me almost 3 hrs to get out of the airport bcuz of these wheelchairs procedures. If only I can manage to walk I should have done so OMG. Other than that so far everything is ok. THANK YOU.

Absolutely terrible. I will never fly that airline again. The problem was with the constant emails changing my seats, arrival/ departure times and the aircraft. The staff at the airports and onboard were great. Between making the appointment in May 2025 and my actual trip I had over 50 emails announcing changes. I was traveling with 3 other couples and they experienced the same thing.
Excellent service from check in/ bag drop counter staff to flight attendants. Food was great. Seats are nice. Excellent airline.
We did booked shorter layovers but flights changed and layovers are too long good thing Philippine Airlines give us a hotel in manila but here Vancouver to Calgary too long layovers and there is enough sets to wait closer to air canada and they will open 4am.we were here 1 am .our flights schedule for air canada 8:10am.we paid expensive flights but not happy of lay over Vancouver to Calgary.
Need to upgrade the lavatory it was very filthy and disgusting. Very poor hygiene.
