Comfort, don't think I will fly United again not worth the money to be packed in like a sardine.

The boarding timing needs to be improved. The flight was delayed again because it took way too long to board. I was already exhausted from sleeping at the airport and spending all day there due to delay from my previous flight that connected in Chicago.

We had excellent customer service despite the chaos at George Bush airport in Houston!

No seat back entertainment. And app had a hard time getting entertainment loaded.

My flight was canceled a few hours before boarding. I was rebooked on Copa airlines and missed an important meeting .

The head flight attendant made the trip excellent. He was very accommodating.

Staff are not helpful, our flight was cancelled due to aircraft problem

Very old flight - time to retire it for newer airplanes

In overall it was a good experience, the only down point was that the entertainment screen was working properly.
