On time. Friendly and helpful flight attendants. The plane was clean. Having a wine available would have been nice.
Worst than I expected, crew was not attentive, meal was as disgusting , they didn’t even drink selections as they would to other passengers. I felt discriminated

I hate that you cannot check in online and when you are at the airport, there aren't any aisle seats left. Also, they could work a little on subtitles for their movies (not everyone is a native English speaker).
It's terrible that we can't do online check in because we didn't buy the tickets directly from Air china. It was not explained until I contacted Chatdeal and we could not sit together.

Everything was not satisfactory - the flight was delayed, staffs were ok but they didn't speak English well. I am from east Asia (not Chinese) and they didn't care enough to remember that I wasn't Chinese but persistently spoke chinese to me. The flight announcement in english wasn't clear to understand.
I wish I had been able to choose a vegetarian meal. Crew friendly and helpful. Seat was ok. All quite efficient and pleasant. Would recommend for inner China travel for sure.
The flight is not bad, but the Business Lounge is not big enough for the quantity of people they accept and there is a limited options for food and beverages.
It was simply bad and on top of that my luggage hasn't been delivered until now. They can't even localize it which is just unacceptable when they are supposed to scan the bar code they put when we check in

I booked and paid for a Business Class seat for myself and my wife. 4 hours before the flight i get a call saying the plane they sent doesn't have the correct layout to accommodate all the business class seats they sold me 3 months earlier at a premium of $1500 a ticket. So they have to bump me from Business to Economy and will give me a $400 credit (total of $800 for both seats) that I could turn in at Abu Dahbi for $400 in US cash. They then promised a row that we could have to ourselves and the arm rests would go up so we could spread out for each of us. My wife was taken care of but I was put in the exit row with the flight attendents set as part of the three...and the arm rest did not go up. When we got to Abu Dahbi, they would not exchange our credit for cash as promised. Very disappointed they took my money 3 months ago and refused to reimburse for the change in seats or follow the promises made.

we were delayed from Athens to Abu Dhabi by an hour and a half, so I had trouble connecting the flight from there to Bali. It could have been done had they waited even 15 mins. There was another lady who was in the same boat. By the time we were half way across the terminal, they have actually already issued different flights for us to go Jakarta then to Bali. Not to mention the inconvenience of waiting over 4 hrs at the airport and the subsequent inconvenience, we did not arrive to Bali till after 800pm the next day, which means I paid for the hotel for nothing when I could have been there before noon the next day! There was little explanation. It was just as well I needed some assistance getting around, otherwise the 2 of us would have been completely lost! Not going to fly with them again!
In my opinion, Etihad Airways is a first rate airline except for one important element. On the day before my return flights, when I chose my seats on the Etihad website I was charged an additional $55 (US) in order to sit on the aisle. I was not at all happy about this additional "hidden" charge and I felt cheated.
The staff was kind and polite, but it was very very hot and no ways to have some fresh air.it would be also be nice to have more time to sleep, since it was a night flight

Amazing business class in a single aisle plane. Fully flat seats, pyjamas, amenity kits, all in all a really complete product. Service was good - not amazing - but they did a good job. Got a few hours sleep. Will fly with them again if I can.
The boarding was late. The check-in board said boarding closed but the boarding hadn't even started. I have spine issue but not eligible for wheelchair since I can walk. But we were taken to a plane with stairs to climb. I requested support with the handcarry and was told that I shouldn't have booked this flight without wheelchair. Instead this information should be public if this plane has sky bridge or stairs. The infotainment system did not work either. And the plane was very loud with very less legroom in economy.

From the start of the check-in process, the associate was unprofessional and claimed that my ticket was incorrect, attributing the issue to Gulf Air. However, they failed to provide any clear explanation of what was wrong. After an extended wait of 45 minutes, the issue was resolved, and we were finally issued our boarding passes. Upon arrival in Paris, we faced further delays as the stairs to deplane were not functioning, resulting in an additional 45-minute wait onboard. This delay posed a significant risk of missing my connecting flight.
The entertainment on board was really poor. The map doesn’t give enough information and the movies have arabic subtitles, you can’t choose. The stuff wasn’t very friendly and the breakfast really poor. The food must not be spicy! They didn’t have enough drinks.

Booking reference: WFYQEG I was informed that I will receive my baggage in Dammam Airport, later on I arrived in Dammam and I didn’t get my baggage, they claimed due to my friend Mr. Faisal didn’t show because he left the Airport and drive his own car all the way to Dammam. OK, I get it and I totally respect the system when you don’t show up your baggage get dropped from the flight, but it’s not my fault when i stay in Bahrain Airport waiting for my next flight around 5 hours then once i get to Dammam I don’t receive my baggage, because my friend who’s didn’t show up his baggage was arrived to Dammam airport, and i’m the one who deserve to get his own baggage didn’t receive anything. I think you mixed up between our baggage, the tag on my bag has his name but actually it’s mine and his bag has my name but actually it’s for him, that’s why I received his bag in DMM airport and I didn’t get mine and i was so frustrated. Also here’s the baggage numbers: GF 175011 My baggage wasn’t received GF 175008 His baggage was received and he don’t deserve to receive it because he left the airport and didn’t show up the flight For now i need to get my baggage to DMM airport please or contact me in personal please +966559600495 or this email. Every thing was very food except the meal. It was a sandwich of something like a beef kebab. It was really bad in terms of hardness as well as taste. We were a family of 7 persons non of us could eat it his sandwich. Cake was good.
