Limited food options. I dont like chicken or even fish but that’s the only option. Sad to say not impress
It was okay. I feel that Singapore Airlines isn't as good as it used to be but it's still not bad
We were not given option for meals since they ran out of the other option but good thing the remaining options tasted great.
The booking experience was bad. Our six character booking ID number disappeared the day before the flight, We could not find out what happened or what was the status of our flight, scheduled for the next day. We finally found the right number to contact Singapore Airlines on the matter (not easy). The Singapore agent worked through the issue in a little over thirty minutes on the phone, the day before the flight. That was great. I'm very happy with Singapore Airlines and their performance. Contact with a competent person on the matter was near impossible. It seems no one in business these days wants to deal with customers once they've pocketed the money. There were resellers, including Kayak, involved in the chain. When we finally got through to Underpricer, we did get a return call that could have proved helpful. But by that time the matter had been resolved by the Singapore agent. Majestic Vacations, the reseller who received the payment was less than worthless. That's just a fast buck operation. Ugh.
They bumped us up. They overbooked the flight and we hurried to the next flight. We are a family of 5 with 13, 10 , and 6 year olds kids. Everybody was running to the next flight. We never been exhausted in our flights hust like we have experienced this week. Mismanagement in scoot and kayak.
Good flight. Fiod was ready a bit late hence a hurry to finish before landing. Excellent crew and service
All in all the flight was good. Love the fact that for airline food it was piping hot

More meal choice. There was only pork, beef and shrimp. I could not eat any of it and they had no alternatives
The only notable problem was bathroom facilities. Only one toilet for far too many people, and dirty nearly all the time. Both otherwise, Cathay Pacific is great. Wonderful staff everywhere.
I didn't see any flight attendants offer coffee or green tea. There was regular drink service but after a short meal was served didn't notice that happening.
The flight was just ok, but the vendor made it exceptio ally bard to manage my own reservation and would not give me access. The blocked all of the one time pins to come to their email address which caused me.to go through them eceryrime to get seats see rhe reservation and even get wheelchair access for my sick 71 year old uncle. They only xommunicates via a bot which gave me incorrect info. I thought this was Kayak and not underprivileged. They ruined his trip, did not get him aisle seats and made it impossible to purchase extra leg room. It was a horrible experience. He was taken to hospital on arrival only to find he had blood clots and pnemonia while trying to navigate the airport. This vendor is very irresponsible and the airline could not access his info.
Entertainment for kids was good. Good was terrible, needs lots of work.
Short staffs, I ask stewardess to bring me cognac twice during dinner but they didn't bring it!
Mediocre. Nothing special. Bad airline food Never received the food I requested Slow response from ground staff concerning my wheelchair. I was left at a holding area and had to walk the distance to the gate. In Hong Kong
My biggest complaint is the comfort and no good movies to choose from. My headphones didn't work either. 😔
The overall flight went well and the aircrew was pleasant.
Everything went smooth. All flights were on time No changing gates, . No changing flights . It was like a completely different airlines tha n the last time I used Cathay Pacific . The last flight, 2 months ago, I had before this one was from Philippines also . I got changed in Manila and was told it only added 2 hours onto my flight . My 20 hour return trip ended up being 30 hours return with a 10.0 hour layover in New York with no seats anywhere . Everyone was sleeping or sitting on the floor . Unlike the hotel I was given in Manila to wait for this flight home . I never thought I would use Cathay Pacific again . But I did and this time you were great! I should have complained about the flight and layover from Hell a couple months ago. Consider that I am complaining about that august/23 flight now . Thank you got the great flying experience on my way home from philippines .
