Not so good. Crew was not as attentive as they should have been especially if flying business class. Only offered dinner 2 hours after takeoff. My flight attendant seemed overwhelmed. Pushed my help button but no one came. I explained everything on my previous review.

A couple flight attendants in business class had bad attitudes and provided poor service. They did provide drinks or refill drinks. They talked to certain passengers for long periods of time and ignored others.

The pilot was late so we didn’t take off til almost 2 hours late.

It was a really seamless flight and the entertainment selection was excellent.

I had a good time. However, I paid for the wifi and it was in and out the whole flight.

The aircraft was older, had limited entertainment options and no wifi on board. The flight attendants weren't the friendliest, but they were okay. Overall an okay flight.

It was so uncomfortable for 14 straight hours it was torture

Why does it have to be painful to fly long distances?

Awful. I got stuck next to a person carrying a dog and behind someone with a dog. People need to board these dogs downstairs. The cabin is crowded enough with your pets

I liked being upgraded to first class. The flight was a redeye, so I did sleep most of it.
