It was a really seamless flight and the entertainment selection was excellent.

I had a good time. However, I paid for the wifi and it was in and out the whole flight.

The aircraft was older, had limited entertainment options and no wifi on board. The flight attendants weren't the friendliest, but they were okay. Overall an okay flight.

It would have been better if the crew has supported my husband's reasons for needing to keep the space clear around his feet, rather than insisting that he put his knapsack in that space.

Lufthansa and United Airlines messed up with our reservation and they canceled our flight to Los Angeles. We ended up stuck in Frankfurt with two little kids. They sent us to San Francisco, but their flight was full and they wanted us to sit separated (even our 3-year-old was supposed to sit separated from me or my husband!!! Isn't it illegal???). Then the flight from San Francisco was delayed and we had two little sleepy kids, we were also told we needed to pick up our luggages. It was just horrible. I paid for a direct flight from Frankfurt to LAX and ended up going through hell. I am very upset and going to submit a complaint.

Why does it have to be painful to fly long distances?

Awful. I got stuck next to a person carrying a dog and behind someone with a dog. People need to board these dogs downstairs. The cabin is crowded enough with your pets

I liked being upgraded to first class. The flight was a redeye, so I did sleep most of it.

I forgot to pre-order gluten free on a 16 hour flight, and I am pretty sure the crew raided their own lunches along with first class so I could eat on the flight.
