I had excellent experienced flying with Cebu Pacific on my domestic flight. However, no food and beverage serve might be due to short travel time of 40 minutes.

Super delayed. Delayed to get the bus, delayed to get off the bus, delayed to take off.

Kind of worried due to typhoon but yeah we can't do about nature thing. So okay naman kudos to all crews and pilots for the safe landing.

Delays on the tarmac, uncomfortable even after paying extra for premium seats. Bags lost in transit, no compensation provided

i liked that the flight crew noticed my discomfort with the small leg space (I'm 6'2") and offered the emergency row. The fight attendants were very friendly, a definite strength with Cebu Pacific. I didn't like the leg space in my original seating.

Should’ve not separated those who checked-in online and those who checked-in at the airport

Was denied early boarding for a hot seat row 1C. I asked gate attendant why I couldn’t I board as I paid extra for that seat and it’s privileges that come from purchasing it. and she said no that Cebu Pacific does not allow it. When I boarded plane finally I had nowhere to put my bag as the seats behind me had taken my overhead area. The flight attendant said that the gate attendant was wrong. I fly a lot in the philippines and to Japan and now I have no choice but to fly with Air Asia. At least they board with zones and allow rows 1-3 to board early.

Please improve on your LIVE customer services. We want a live person to speak too. It was very inconvenient because speaking to a chat person. PLEASE HIRE LIVE PEOPLE FOR YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICES. Thanks

Poor service in Bangkok. Flight attendant is not friendly. You have to buy everything like water and coffee. Expecting for International should have free food or free snacks.
