Also once we went through airport security and sat around we had to go through security again before getting to our waiting area (or hold area) but we had to throw out our water. Be prepared to pay for everything after you pay for your ticket 7kg carry on max limits pay for the food you may or may not eat, and if you get cold easily bring warm clothes. No joke this was the coldest airplane I have ever been on in my 15 years of travel, so cold in fact that upon taking off you can hear the ice crystals breaking loose and traveling through the air system. I am going to say that the plane was in good condition and the flight attendants and pilot crew seem to be well trained as well as very polite."

So I called back the day after, and again, got the run around...... Now, this second assistant I told the same thing. No communications or customer care with this airline. I worked for the airlines for 14 years, and I could check a plane for a cell phone in about 10 minutes, and get back to you... Air Asia that's like pulling hens teeth!"
