It was easy going check in was easy and pretty fast entertainment was up to date on movies and food was ok

This flight was even more crowded that Singapore to Taipei, an extra row of seats and an additional 4th seat in the middle made it extremely crowded. No leg room, no width for room. Terribly uncomfortable flight. The food was disgusting. We will never fly EVA Air again.

Premium Economy seats were more comfortable than other airlines I have recently been on. Great staff. Food was unremarkable.

It was a pleasure to fly with EVA airlines from Taipei to San Francisco.

The soft service on EVA was superb from the quick and attentive flight attendants, to the turn down service, and excellent food. This all made my 11 hour flight very comfortable and relaxing.

Excess baggage fees are outrageous ($250 per bag). Flight crew and planes are nice.

Eva airlines has very goin service, despite being low cost. Meals and fin, not amazing, restrooms always clean and staff polite and helpful

It was very long way flight but its good I like the food they serve in EVA air its really good!

Although the flight was slightly delayed, it was well communicated with the passengers. The staff are all nice and accommodating, the pilot are very good. I didn’t realize that the plane was on the ground already. It landed smoothly. I’ll for surely recommend EVA Air to my friends.
