Boarding was great, and the crew were very friendly. The seats must have been a bit on the older side and you could feel some of the seat components through the padding. Also, the plugs did not work on the row's entertainment screen or charging ports. Checked bag was transferred for connecting flight, and we appreciated how early we had the connecting gate information.

I so appreciate the crew members on each flight of United. They are outstanding.

Very disappointed with food service. They ran out of entree selections- so for the last 10 rows only option was lentil stew. Not a fan. Then the morning service (pizza twist) was lukewarm at best- I exited my 12 hour flight having eaten a roll and dessert. They knew it was a full flight.

Very modern plane. Good seat spacing. Meals were good. Screens had tons of movies and worked

Gate got changed about 4 times. Very confusing and very crowded. If you don’t have wifi to help get updates, you can be in deep trouble.

Comfortable as it can be for a basic economy seat. The TV screen on my 15 hour international flight went out after 1 hour or so and it never worked again. The food is very high in processed carbs and sugary items.

The width of the chair is very small. Not comfortable at all.

I flew Delta last week and United Airlines is a poor substitute mechanical problems with the plane and shitty food among other things made my travel experience what’s become to be expected from United no way is it ever worth the money they make us pay

The crew’s attitud was not good, only worried for pilot’s comfort, so I ask myself why do I pay so much for so less. The plane is old and broken. I will rey another airline

I was crammed against a person too large for one seat. This traveler (who I’m sure you have a record of, 21E) should be required to purchase two tickets in the future. Also, your streaming service kept kicking me out of my movie.
