Cons:That we need to buy the snacks. That there is not too much space for your legs and need to pay for space. None of the flight crew offers at least a glass of water. And the snacks are too expensive.

Pros:I was able to do everything with the APP, from buuing my ticket thru Boarding, which was great since they gave priority boarding to digital pass, like mine and overall easy and fast. I weight around 250 lb and 1.80 height and didn’t felt my seat any more cramped than flying with anyother carrier, actually was quite confortable. Flight time was only 25 mins (as expected) without any delays. Thankfully I’ve never had any bad issues with Volaris even thou it’s a low budget carrier, their service has always been really great for me and expect to pay for everything, but that’s how things are with these kind of airlines, but they’ll let you bring whatever you want on board, wheter you previously brought in your luggage or bought at any restaurant/shop at the airport.
Cons:To be fair, Food or Entertainment wasn’t available due to been a very short flight, which is understandable, so there wasn’t any negative issues.

Pros:Hidden fees also I got a backpack and they did not take like personal item and they charge me $75 extra for each trip I have the bills it is ridiculous

Checking bags at the airport, very confusing they make lines for different flights but they don’t have any signs, so if you are on the wrong line be aware they will send you to the end of the correct line. No priority for check in even if you pay and no priority to disabled persons and elderly persons.

The departures screens in the airport showed the flight as canceled for some weird reason, but when I got to the gate just to double check, it showed it as on time, and not canceled. This was confusing, but ultimately I was able to get to where I needed to go.
