Cons:They sent my (and others’) baggage back to Chennai and I am leaving the country today . They held us on buses without opening the doors during corona virus crisis .

Pros:The crew on board were very friendly.
Cons:Flight kept getting delayed for no apparent reason. Also, the life jackets were loose under the seats and kept sliding around during take off and landing. Should be a safety violation! I would no recommend SpiceJet.
