Got a seat near the front even though I was the last person to board
Waited on tarmac for full hour while attendant yelled at full flight not to move. Spent more time on runway than in air’
45 minutes late take off.
We love Southwest. So easy to book and make changes. So easy to fly and the staff is always great. They are our go to airlines. Always.
With Southwest, everyone was great and organized. I wish long expensive flights had a bit more food options but that’s how they keep prices lower. Southwest is great!
On time arrival
It took them over 1 hour to board and there were no service in the plane.. Not even water
Worst flying experience ever. Weather played a huge part of it but shifting the gate repeatedly to opposite ends of the airport? Crew was fine, plane was fine,etc. Luggage was soaked inside and out

This flights gets such a low rating due to the frustration of having to be in the airport from 2 pm to finally arriving at LAX at 1 am in the morning. This was a massive delay for a flight that only took 1 hour. Extremely exhausting and frustrating.
They only provided water. Some juice options would have been better. The staff were friendly and helpful. Boarding was also quick and not too crowded
The onboard staff were very friendly, attentive and helpful. The boarding was horrible. There should be a staff to ensure that passengers line up in their correct order within each category.
The air conditioner was not cold for the whole flight.
Southwest is usually fast and efficient but they did struggle to get drinks out during the 40 minute flight and if you were in the right row, you got a drink. If not, sorry no drink - the flight attendant wasn’t prepared enough. That shouldn’t happen.
Ninety minutes late. Very rough landing in Atlanta. Very slow boarding process.
another canceled Southwest flight followed by a long wait before finding an available flight followed by three delays. This is no longer the airline I grew to love and have always gone out of my way to support. Time to make a change.
I got home safe that is what was good. What was bad is I sat on the plane on the ground longer than my flight

Never received email or text notification about the delayed departure time (30 minutes delayed)
Flight was delayed two hours. Bad weather. No fault of the crew. Flight attendants were great!
No wifi but on time and good service still
On all four flights i had this week, the wifi was out. All the attendants were great. One was very entertaining... as he did the preflight instruction in a "Cat in the Hat" type presentation...
Long delay in the person at the gate boarding us was absent a lot without explaining anything. I also very hard to understand
Delay do to lack of baggage handlers in Denver. Also, all Denver airport restaurants close at 9 pm. Coming from the east coast and with tine beteeen flights restaurants should remain open until crowd thins

The flight was 20 minutes late. The Wi-Fi wasn’t working. We requested they restart the Wi-Fi, which was ignored.
Typical southwest flight. Friendly but effective personal. A delay due to baggage handling issues.
It was an hour late out of BWI but it was the last flight of the day so to be expected.
