Turbulent ride but everyone was accommodating and friendly!
Less delays would have helped. Also there was essentially no AC or air circulation the entire flight and it was a completely full flight!
Lots of delays. Also the cabin basically has no AC, so it was hot the entire flight!
Southwest needs to retire this tail # - no WiFi, old interior, and small rest rooms.
No second pilot scheduled. Flight delayed for quite a bit. There was discussion about the flight not happening loud enough we could hear without actually announcing that fact
WiFi did not work.
The captain had to give the ground crew a piece of his mind to get the plane fueled all of the way. SMH
Quick, friendly, cheap
Quick, friendly, cheap!
Southwest is my favorite airline I wish they flew everywhere they don't nickel and dime you for everything. The staff is friendly and helpful.
I wish Southwest flew everywhere the staff is friendly and helpful, and the fact that you don't have to pay for luggage is great!
Only pretzels served
Great crew! The staff even invited my 5 year old to explore the flight deck!
From arriving to airport, checking in for flight, passing through security, boarding, and flight all great!
Smooth boarding, flight & arrival. Pleasant & professional crew.
Boarding took a bit long and once everyone boarded took another 30 minutes to departure. Communication could have been better while waiting for departure. Everyone were wondering why the plane was not leaving. Flight 5222
Boarded quickly, flight was smooth and short.
Late by 2 hours. By the time we reached home, it was 12:40 am and had to pay a fortune for Uber
My wife & I sat in row 17 seats A & C. Our boarding pass was B 24 & 25. One of the last passengers to board sat between us in seat B with a dog on a leash. I asked where the dog was going to be placed & she said on the floor under the seat. The dog was not in a carrier, Did move around & encroached on my leg space, brushing up against my leg. During the last 15 mins on final approach in turbulent wind, the passenger picked up her dog & held it on her lap. We both asked her to put the dog back under the seat in front of her for safety reasons. If my wife had to exit in an emergency, the dog would have been an obstacle as well the passenger who would have to tend to the dog. I call this to the attention of the nearest flight attendant, a young man who told us the dog did not have to remain on the floor & could be held on the passenger’s lap. To his credit, He did offer to change our seat. However, with only ten minutes to landing, it did not make sense. I hope that in the event this pet qualified as a psychological pet and therefore the passenger was allowed to bring a leashed dog on the plane, that the passenger had to prove psychological need to SWA.
The 737 MAX8 plane had a good amount of leg room and good seat width.
dont like also flight delta is best then southwest really
No food or WiFi on this short hop.
Neither food nor WiFi is available on this short hop.
Changed the gate number. Didn't notify me. Almost missed my flight.
Theres was none,
I loved the show this crew put on. They were all hilarious and I really needed the laughs.
Southwest crews are sooo much more fun, friendly and kind than all other airlines. Pay attention to the crew members and what they are saying and doing....they are a hoot and make flying an experience to remember.
