Ryan Air tell you to turn up two and a half hours before the flight, but the desks aren’t open. You are then left in a crowded unventilated space.
The manager of the flight didn’t allow me to go on the flight because I was late in just one minute!!!! She preferred to take off my baggage instead of giving me to fly home. I have hearing device and I didn’t hear the call. I paid extra priority and for extra baggage and I want my money back!! Thank you
Boarding started ahead of time. But then we were waiting on the tarmac without knowing why there was a 40min delay. Would have been nice to have a bit more information regarding duration and reason of the delay.
The flight was punctual, friendly crew members.
There were some individuals not using face masks properly (being almost all the time without them) and the cabin crew did not alert them at all.
Goo clean aircraft. Friendly crew,late departure,however most of the delay was made up. Only negative was standing for a long period on the apron waiting to board,especially as I have difficulty standing for any period of time.
Cheap price ticket and understandable that they charge extra for everything including choosing seats but for 99.5% of all other airlines that default to assigning you a free seat if you don’t pay… they always seat you with you together if you’re a pair. Ryanair literally played musical chairs with everyone. Everyone was spending time moving around and asking if people were willing to switch so they could sit next to their friend. Wow way to make a point that you must pay or else.
Had front seat, plane almost empty yet shity rayanair trying u to book seats day before knowing that few people are on flight… anyway… I picked seat as was plenty to choose from when get on plane.
Worse airline. Charged me for a check bag and didn't check it

The online check in did not go through. In case of no online check-in, Ryan Air charges an extra 55 pounds before the flight to check in at the counter. What a cheap way to get extra money from customers. Even the employees are aware and seem sheepish to have to ask for this extra charge. Very disappointing experience of an otherwise standard flying experience
Boarding and special attendance not managed well by ground crew. Also to late in general. After 90 Min. delayed boarding, it was found that technical repairs of the plain were needed before taxying. Immense waste of time for everybody, Ryan / Malta Air seemed to be doing it all for the first time. Not acceptable.

Everything was ok.
The plane had a delay of over one hour. We were boarded and until they fixed some technical error we were in the plane without air conditioning, in Catania with an outside temperature of 38 Celsius. So everyone can imagine that we were boiling in the airplane. 🙁
Pros: Friendly ground staff at Alicante airport.
Cons: Airplane was dirty, floor covered in food from previous flight.
Cons: Priority check in isn’t really much of a priority since we all end up in the same place at the same time before boarding
Pros: Cheap, saved me when I was in a pinch, and easy check in. I loved being able to check in on the app and check my own bag!
Cons: It was difficult to understand what the flight attendants were saying over the intercom. Between the masks and the intercom, nothing came across well. Please continue to wear masks, but perhaps find a clearer way to communicate for those of us that are hard of hearing. I was too embarrassed to say “what!?” 84 times. It’s not their fault.
Cons: allow a carry on bag to be same as international standard in size and weight. Do you expect international tourists to buy carry on bags that fits your specifications for size and weight? Why do not except same size as other international carriers?

Cons: My friend faced a problem he was booking the flight through your site by kiwi.com and he coudnt do the check in because he dont have the email and the password so he had to pay 60€, so i hope if the kiwi.com notes this matter.
