There is a lot of problems with boarding. I got charged for my flight 120$ extra .
there was a delay for over 3 hours due to fog this is toatly acceptable, beacause of flight safety but since the fog was not unknown why we were boarded and than had to wait on plane without option to go back to the terminal the boarding was on foot so there was cnot supposed to be a big problem to get back and than reboard
On time, quick boarding, no issues whatsoever.
You r must whater free i flight and other wise all is good
It was fine apart from some of the other passengers and their poor mask wearing. They aren’t supposed to be worn under the chin.
Kids being animals kick people's sits and the usual 2.5h delay in departure (they make it so one cannot claim). Perfectly fine if it's a free service but horrible and lame being a paid flight.
I and my family got treated in an unfairly way upon check in! It was my first ever time to travel with Ryanair even though I travel 35 to 40 trips a year. I printed all paper for my trip from Dubai to London to Leeds and York in UK and then all paper for my trip to Italy incluyding PCR tests, hotels and trains. However, I couldnt check in online with confirmation email I received from Kayyak so I thought its ok I can just go to Ryanair desk on arrival to airport to check in. On arrival to Ryanair desk, the lady I spoke to wasnt professional and in fact was very rude. The minute she knew I didnt check in online she looked at me and asked me to pay £55 each to check in and when I asked her nicely to check with her supervisor if anything can be done to reduce charges she said to me "I'm the manager today and nothing you can do otherthan paying the £55 for each one of you!". I had to pay £275 for the 5 of us and when I said to her I'll send a complaint about this she said I dont care I dont work for Ryanair!. The delay she caused us to check in made us not making it to plane ontime and that made the situation even worst. I had to pay another 1100 euro on airfrance to make it to Rome. I'm just hoping that you can invistigate this case and then let me know the outcome. Kind regards, Ismat email@example.com +971561855581
It was late… the seat was so worn out I could feel the seat frame.
Had to pay to breathe
Gate opened 45 mins before allowed to enter the airplane. Crew did not act to maintain passagenrs safety when landed. Passangers startwd standing and opening overhead compartments while olane was still moving
One of our carry-on bags was too big, so they charged us 60 euros to check it. Second Carry-on bag fit in the specified box at check-in, so we were let go through security with it. Then at the gate we were asked again and it was deemed NOT to fit. So I had to pay 70 (!) euros on top of the 20 euros for ‘priority boarding’, which included said carry-on bag. It would have easily fit in the overhead compartment. Just not right and way more expensive than other airlines. Paid more for luggage than the actual ticket. To top it off, they do not accommodate passengers to get seats together (which in time of covid should be encouraged) without a surcharge. But when we got to our seats, they did not hesitate to ask us to accommodate other people that wanted to sit together. We refused. Unacceptable. Never will we travel on Ryan air again.
Flight was delayed for two hours. No one offer a glass of water
Great flight. Loved being informed before take off. Very professional
It was fine.
It was all good. Will fly with them again.
And everything was right on time. They could offer a glass of water.
the worst experience in my life
The flight was ok,the crew not so nice.
The crew were professional to the tee, just right for the short flight between the two cities
People are not wearing masks and crew don’t care
Staff was helpful and nice. Spoke in italian as well as english
They did not Tool uș to TLV as We hâd to do Corona test
Landed early. Short trip. Cheap fare. Friendly staff.
Slow boarding process. Everything else was perfecto
The lights in the inside of the plane were like strobe lights, poor functioning.
Great on time flight
No where is written cheap flights must be bad! But i guess ground crew and cabin crew on this airline can not smile or be polite. Even a simple tea was served with no sugar or napkins. Had to ask for it after. For comfort you know what you expecting so that was actually ok. But crews behaviour from the ground to cabin was really unwelcoming. I FELT LIKE I WAS DISTURBING THEM! Plus one big NO to them is no priority for families. EasyJet is an affordable airline too but they have humanity and a great customer care. For me traveling with baby i need priority. A lady held her baby for 30 minutes standing in the Q. Thats wrong! After priority they can invite families and that cost nothing for them but showing that they care about their customers! IF THEY DO!
Better entertainment opinions
Smooth and on time. All perfect!
On board Ryanair flights, cabin baggage should not exceed 55x40x20cm. If your hand luggage is bigger, the Ryanair assistance team will most likely ask you to pay extra for checked luggage.
