Cons:let me use backpack as carry on from Perth then charged me a lot and made me check it in Thailand. Very inconsistent considering the pack weighed the same each way.

Cons:It was not clear from the booking and from the jetstar website that there are TONS of fees - we ended up having to pay $40 per bag to check bags on an international flight - not a pleasant surprise at all any food or drink on the flight was a charge.

Pros:This is the worst airline. Customer service is bad. The seats are very tight. Planes are dingy and dirty. Good luck. Next time I'll pay twice as much and go to any other airline. I fly frequently and o know what somewhat decent standards are. This airline is way below it.
