Pros:This was a quick one hour flight so I have no complaints. The airline has a lot of legroom so it allows for more comfort for taller individuals like myself. The flight staff was excellent and spoke English on top of Spanish. Our flight was moved up by 2 hours, which wasn't a big deal. They upgraded us to the first row so we have feet of leg room.
Cons:No entertainment system of any sorts. Finding the gate was a problem with this airline as it was only posted an hour before the flight.

Pros:Friendly helpful staff. Lots of leg room. Very reasonably prices!
Cons:The food was cold sandwiches and cookies, even though we were in the air during breakfast and lunch. Use the money you saved on the flight to bring your own food.

Cons:We left an hour and a half late, and when we checked in they didn't tell us that the plane was late arriving and our flight would be delayed

Pros:The crew was nice although the English was limited but was able to communicate basic needs.
Cons:Honestly, it's definitely not the best airline and if the price difference for another airline is maybe $20 to $40 more, it will be well worth it to go the other route but this airline gets the job done with absolute zero amenities and poor comfort besides taking you from point A to point B.
