Respond with customer is very poor not get refund yet
When we book flights with same airline with one stop, it should be airline who should be responsible for transporting passengers from one terminal to the other disjointed terminal Just like they do it for baggage for such
The plane was new and interior was clean. Boarding process was organized. One thing that could be better - international travelers end up paying lot of excess bag fees since the free baggage allowance (15Kg) is way less than international standards (25kg). I would suggest the airline cut some slack for international passengers. I ended up paying ~Rs. 6000 for excess baggage which was more than the ticket price 😟
Keep one record and teach 5 passengers to keep Safty demo volunteer . Two air hostesses can teach new passengers each time which will help entire air travel business . Volunteer can be given one chocolate. As token of appreciation. This passenger can be additional team which will be helpful in emergencies. By Dipak k Pisal
Indigo is best always
Worst experience now need to change the airlines
Very good. Usual trash collection was not done. Crew just ok.
The warmth reception at the airport.
It was really a pathetic service
Have to provide something to eat and some entertainment should be there
Best airline to travel
Next time try to provide a good offer.
Should inform passenger via message whenever gate number changed.
Had purchased premium ticket with priority boarding (so, boarding was smooth), luggage came out faster, but food was a disaster. I categorically selected/pre-booked NON-VEG meal, but on flight I was handed over "Veg Meal". Duh!
After a long time I liked an Indigo flight
Flight was delayed by an hour.
There was no turbulence
Got one bag immediately at the carousal, 2nd bag came after half an hour. Everybody just waiting and fuming.
I had a great overall experience
The check in experience was great. The crew was very kind and respectful.
Excellent comfort service and staff
USB charging point.
