Cons:Seats extremely uncomfortable. As soon as someone reclines the seat in front of you, all leg room is shot down. Crew was not top notch

Pros:The crew was nice, however, they also give varying information. We had frequent flier tickets and when I checked in, the screen stated no extra charge for check in bags and I also called the customer service. When I got to the airport in Hamburg, they wanted to charge me $100 for a bag. I asked the lady behind the counter to call the main office because she said she has no authority to change the fee. I called the main office and had the person in office tell the agent at the airport that it is a mistake and that there is no charge.
