Pros: we made it there and back alive
Cons: Our flight was delayed in Athens for 4 hours for a 35 minute flight. The staff was rude. The plane was dirty, the restroom smelled like sewage, Its a 35 minute flight.

Not good enough
Pros: We flew with them from Katowice to Heraklion this September and won't fly with them again in the future. The only positives they offer is good price and comfortable seats, otherwise it's really catastrophe.
Cons: Firstly, we bought return tickets from Katowice to Heraklion - there was no mention that flight from Heraklion to Katowice is with intermediate landing in Warsaw. On the land we were not allowed to used toilet in the plane. Flight from Katowice to Heraklion was one hour delayed. Further on webpages is written, that in the plane is provided snack and refreshment. No snack was provided - we obtained drinks only. The plane is basic (no monitors are available - we don't mind for short flight) but we do mind that toilets are really in bad condition. Online check-in was not available

Perfect timing
Pros: The flight left on time and was smooth and comfortable
Cons: There was nothing not to like, the flight attendants were very personable and polite.
