Pros:Nothing . Would never use them again!!
Cons:Showed up 40 min early as instructed and they closed the gate to get our boarding pass after their app to get electronic pass did not work . We had no check in luggage , just a backpack !! No customer service !!
The flight Attendent was very nice!
It’s the only flight connecting Marion to Chicago, I do appreciate that it was available!
Pros:Clean airplane. Lots of room
Cons:Dont make me book it through orbitz. I hate everything about them - had to call them to get copy of receipt emailed to me, had to wait on hold for several minutes. Let me book through contour directly
Pros:Contour, though a small airline, does a great job on both ends of the flight — Tupelo and Nashville. The price is unbeatable and it's a much better option from Tupelo than taking the time to drive.
Cons:Oh, please don't change! Only suggestion is that in Nashville at the check-in desk, perhaps a sign that says "if you aren't checking bags, feel free to check-in online and proceed through security." Otherwise, folks may wait a bit before someone arrives at the desk.
Flight was fine. I just forgot how smaller planes have more dips and seats in high winds.
More options and slow the flight attendants down

Pros:The crew was VERY friendly and professional.
Cons:The plane smelled terrible. I could smell the lav. Once I smelled the lav, I questioned if they had sanitized the plane at all. Although the flight was very short (about 30 minutes), the smell was quite irritating. I believe that since the plane was sitting on the tarmac for a number of hours, it became hot and the lavatory’s smell became pungent. If not already a practice, I suggest closing the shades so that the temperature in the aircraft does not rise as much while it is sitting.
The flight was delayed and then less than 30 mins before boarding they cancelled the flight when clearly they had to have known earlier that they were going to have to cancel. There was only one person there available to talk to and all he could do was tell us to call reservations our self. Due to high call volume I waited 2 hours to even get rebooked on a flight to a different city where I would still have to drive 1 hr to my destination, only option for me. While waiting to talk to reservations people were getting emails with new flight info and the flights were days out and sone even a week out. . I did not get compensated in anyway after having spent all day at the airpot, not even a food voucher. Very disappointed, terrible experience.
