Cons: Staff was so rude

Pros: Plane seemed to be brand new

Cons: The cabin crew will not let anyone change seats. even after take off. I moved to a row with empty seats and was told I had to return to my ticketed seat.

Bad cuatomer service

Pros: I liked the food and the price of my tivket

Cons: Always delay. Lack of ability to speak english. Treating customer differently. 3/4 of my flights had delays. Unconfortable leather seats. 1-800 and IVR has issues and ppl behind the phone dont speak english. Thr rep. In moscow couldnt peint my destination itenary. Just unorganize. I will try not to use this airline again.

Cons: Not many selection in tv Nd leather seat that is uncofortable cor 14 hr flight. Problem with printing boarding pass and lack of train staff from prespective of customer service and english language

Cons: we were flying from Baku to NYC with 8 month old baby and they refused to provide us with the front row sits that are normally designed for the passengers flying with the baby. Even though nobody claimed those sits, flight attendants asked us to upgrade for 30 USD. Worst experience ever.

Loud and crowded. Can't reserve seats

Pros: That I was moved to emergency exit

Cons: That I could not reserve a seat at any point before check in, that they couldn't change my seat on the connecting flight, that people were very loud and changed places on their own.

Got food poisoning

Cons: Ate th first meal and spent the last few hours of the flight having food poisoning. Horrible

Pros: I did not like the serivice provided inboard at all no one is smiling and they just want to finish their job and go home

Cons: I trave 3 times within 3 months and I could not do my memebership either in the airport or online every time I ask in the staff in the to revolve the problem but I do not get the halo I need it now I lost 3 trips with out airmilles record or benift. It is really very bad experience in my life ever.

Old plane

Pros: Crew was very nice but was overworked. Took close to an hour for food service. There was no sound from the arm system. Started with some music then it stop. Seat felt like it needed replacement. Sagged in middle.

Unhelpful Crew

Pros: The flight was pretty smooth.

Cons: The crew was not very helpful or communicative, despite my trying over and over again to ask them for help when my husband was sick.

Uncomfortable Flight

Pros: The flight back was relatively smooth.

Cons: The plane was very tight and uncomfortable. Also, this is a long enough flight that there should be some level of entertainment.

Annoying staff

Pros: They didn't server hAlal meal even mentioned it during booking time. They also didn't provide visa or hotel stat Baku during dxb to NYC over 10 hour overlay in Baku. Staff was so arrogant and uncoprative.

No individual entertainment

Pros: Azal does not have individual entertainment which is a big minus. Other than that , everything is good.

Cons: $30 charge per luggage piece even on international flights which is outrageous! To top it off, flight attendants can't lose that chronic constipation expression of their faces after boarding is complete... Loosen up guys, it's basic customer service to try to smile once in a while!

No entertainment for 12 hours flight!

Pros: The food is pretty good

Cons: The entertainment system didn't work the entire flight. The window shade didn't work either, so the first few hours we had the sun right in our eyes

Cons: 보딩패스에는 짐 포함이였는데 갈때는 포함. 돌아 올때는 짐값을 내라고 함. 항공사 캐쉬 아줌마 영어 안됨.
