Weather delays, hard to hear boarding announcements.
One of the flight attendants slammed my arm rest down saying it needed to be down for take off but yet let the person beside me on an isle seat as well stay up. It was kind of rude how she did it I would have gladly lowered it and didn’t need her to do it. Other then that it was fine.
Nonstop flight you can’t beat it for the price!

Flight was delayed about 20 mins, but they kept it “on time” status until 6:02, flights was supposed to leave at 6:01. I just wish they had been more upfront about the delay from the start
Charging for water is unexceptable. Food was ridiculously over price for horrible food.

The flight was on time. Zero issues. All of the crew had great senses of humor which made the flight entertaining. Non-stop, baby. Doesn’t get any better than this!
It was the worst flight ever. I don't even know where to begin. My mom was supposed to fly around 6:30pm and a bird happened to get inside the engine. They kept rescheduling the flight all the way until 12am and no one knew what was happening. My mom had to get a hotel to stay tge night. The next day they rescheduled her flight for 11am and the same thing happened. They had no food until 1:30pm and finally left around 2:45pm. This was insane.
Not this flight but the flight down to Tampa was horrible. The lack of prior needed communication was a 0/10! I think a six hour delay is ridiculous in my opinion and could be avoided.
Plane supposed to leave FLL to TYS at 530p. There was 2nd flight scheduled for 830p. Flight 973 delayed until 9p. No explanations given. Flight did not start boarding until 920p. We didn't leave FLL until 10p. The other flight, the one at 830p was on time and arrived on time. I want an explanation for why flight 973 was delayed and why the delay was delayed from 920 to 10p before leaving FLL. I was at the airport waiting for my flight for over 8hrs. My flight was delayed 4-1/2 hrs, 530-10p. I want an explanation and I want some sort of compensation for such poor service. I didn't arrive in Knoxville until after MIDNIGHT Sun Aug 31st. I had to arrange for transportation home from the airport as my flight was delayed and delayed again and they had no idea when I would actually arrive. Isn't it a law that requires a passenger be compensated if their flight is >4 hours delayed? Allegiant apparently thinks they have no responsibility to give any reasons for their flight delays. We're just supposed to take it and like it. I requested seat on 830p flight and was told there were no available seats. Allegiant personnel was zero help from check in to crew on plane and again on ground in Knoxville. Useless is the word I would use.
Good, budget friendly option. Snacks and drink weren’t included which surprised me. Clean, comfortable, and on time though.

The main flight attendant sounded annoyed and rushed every time he came on intercom. Take off was very bumpy and it continued for several Minutes and no One on crew ever acknowledged it or told us to Expect it. It was very disconcerting. Staff felt unprofessional. No cheerful goodbyes when deplaning.
One flight attendant was rude to several customers. She was much older than the other three. They were great. I’m a senior citizen so this is not a knock on old people. Not a smile the entire flight. She even chastised a fellow flight attendant. She should not be working in the public eye and representing Allegiant Air
My friend I was going with mom passed away the day before the trip and we had to cancel our trip. Allegiant doesn’t have a refund of any type. Frontier was my return flight and at least offered a partial credit which sucks but beats nothing.
Lost my luggage. Still haven’t been able to speak with anyone from Allegiant yet. Have flown Allegiant many times before and still have a Vegas vacation coming up. Considering canceling my trip and flight because of the poor customer service.

Flight was delayed over an hour
Flint airport is an easy airport to use, no muss no fuss. The Allegiant staff there was both friendly and helpful. Flight was good. We did not have food (snacks for sale on plane) or entertainment, but we knew that ahead of time.

Boarding and flight were great. Bag check-in was very late due to some sort of computer delay...this caused long lines delays to get to security. Crew seemed experienced and efficient. Thank you! Of course, the price of the ticket is what allowed us to fly with you - thank you!
