Cons:Leg space was terrible. Just sitting my knees were touching the front seat, was unable to move.

Pros:I have used their service 4 times in the last month and it is always consistent. If there is a delay, they communicate regularly the reason for the delay and how they are managing it. This flight was on time and comfortable.
Cons:The sandwich handed out is not that good and the snack selection is limited. However, for such a short flight (Malta to Zurich - 2 hours), this really isn't a major issue.

Cons:At the time of boarding, the plane was delayed for one hour and a half. Then when we were ready to board again, another delay of 20mim, then 25 min more. We ended up being 2h50 min late. At the end, the crow didn't even call us to inform we were boarding, we had to come at the gate regularly to see the changes.
