Flight delayed twice, first in Auckland, then in Melbourne! To top it off my bags went missing. Been on the phone with 5 different people/ departments, still no luck. Never flying Qantas again!
My check in experience was terrible as I was trying to move this flight due to a delayed international connection.
Flight is delayed to take off and boarding took long time. Crew is not friendly and they think we are living on their courtesy. Just given one dinner and breakfast and nothing else offered in between like at least water or coffee
Delayed departure. No legroom at all in Economy. Baggage reclaim was quick.
Main problem was that the inflight entertainment system did not work on two legs of a Sydney to London Heathrow flight. They tried very hard to fix it in Sydney and Singapore without success. Apart from that, a very comfprtable flight
The passenger sitting in front of me pushed his chair back and even after asking 3 times as the seats are too small and the arm rest clip under my knee caps. He didn’t care and created a scene. The staff moved me to a window seat instead of moving the narcissist self entitled ass. I was then allocated a window seat which is hard to get into at my height. Qantas shouldn’t condone that type of behaviour from passengers. He should’ve moved to the window seat. Not me.
For 5hr flight should be better bigger meal

Crew were great. Food was good but could have been a little better
The only vegetarian food is also vegan, this primarily consisted of tiny trays of overbuild veg that must have contained about 150 calories, after about 12 hours I felt like I was literally starving. As I'd been stuck in the middle seat going to the galley to request snacks was difficult. I would buy your own food in the airport.
Crew too rush and miss out lots of standard services

Liked the onboard wifi and that the plane was on time. Boring snack. Absolutely hate having to sit next and close to a stranger. Wish I was rich!!
I liked that the flight was on time, the snack wasn’t bad but the seats were small and everytime my husband moved in his seat, my seat moved too.
Flight was fine but Kate Worse was having the booking bounced from one flight to another after having booked and paid
We sat on the tarmac for over one hour, in Sydney, putting us late into Dallas. Because of that I barely made my connecting flight, and my luggage did NOT make my connecting flight. Meaning I had to stay at La Guardia till 1:00am in the morning, to wait for my luggage that came on a later flight.
Crew was excellent as always with Qantas staff. My video monitor quit working twice and I gave up on it working.
Staff are great, the transfer process from International to Domestic terminals was an utter mess! Zero communication and nobody knew what bus to take.
Check in . Should be at least one staff member on duty at Melbourne airport at all times. Check in should begin earlier than 4 hours before take off . The check in staff should not be laughing and joking setting up check in desks as hundreds of people are already cued . They should begin check in as soon as set up
It was great to have entertainment screens on this flight.
Jammed full flights
I ask for a change of flight from Los Angeles to Sydney and I payed $34 but when I arrive in the airport I was checked in the flight from Los Angeles to Melbourne which was de original flight I booked.

Easy flight and smooth journey. Some delays in boarding, but were made up in flight.
