Pros:Very good, professional and kind crew. The airline did not submit my request for vegetarian food but one of the crew went out of her way to create an "a la carte" dinner from the first class food.
Cons:The plane does not have a gate at the Tom Bradley terminal and we had to be bused in. That was too much delay. On top of that, the airline lost one of our luggage. Thank god for insurance!
