Pros:The flight itself was inoffensive.
Cons:I was unable to select the 'fare' with a checked bag, so was planning to pay at the counter. I think the site for the airline is buggy, as it was also an ordeal by trial-and-error to try to check in online. I also could not elect to check a bag during the on line check in process, which I know is sometimes an option. When I arrived at the airport, the check in was a mess (ton of people, everyone was taking forever at the counter) and when I FINALLY arrived at the counter, I was informed that I needed to take a handwritten receipt from the check in counter, go up a floor and wind through a few corridors to find some travel agent (?) desk to pay 40 Euros for my checked bag. Which actually was 48 Euros because I needed to use a card, and was not paying by cash. After I managed to find the desk where I needed to pay, I had to wind my way back downstairs and muscle my way back into the line I had already waited in to finish the check in process. When we arrived in Split, 25% of the flight was missing their bags, which included a member of the party I was traveling with. It took an extra 30 minutes at the airport to file a missing bag claim, and another 38 hours for the bag to finally arrive. Not a great way to spend the few days we had in Split.

Pros:For a short flight, the crew was very hospitable. The seats weren't too uncomfortable.
Cons:No entertainment but I can understand since it's a short flight. With that said, they could offer USB ports.

Flight was a code share of Lufthansa. Check-in, baggage drop, and flight was all with Lufthansa. Other than the flight being 30 min. delayed, it was pretty much a standard Lufthansa flight. They only offer a free water and chocolate; all other drinks and food are a la carte.

Boarding was annoying. Just at boarding they changed my bought and extra payed comfort seat for normal economy seat. And on my seat they placed someone else.

Business class is the worst business class I have ever seen. It’s worse than some American Airlines domestic coach class seats.

Cons:Destroyed a piece of luggage and the contents of the bag. Try handling baggage with care so you don’t destroy it and then deny the issue and refuse to reimburse for it

We payed for the seats and yet were bumped into others. One airbag under the seat was broken and hanging down, which made sitting down quite uncomfortable. Also tore up my stockings. Flight attendant didn't seem to care at all about that.
