Early flight but the crew was cheerful and gracious. Always enjoy the complementary beer/wine. Plane clean and one time. Pilots gave us sooth landings
Even after checking luggage 5hours before the scheduled flight, airlines failed to bring our luggage with the flight. All of the checked-in luggage arrived the next day and we did not like this experience.
Late for no good reason. Weather fine. Significantly late too, about an hour late for a half hour flight. Not cool.
Alaska air decided my flight should leave early, so I was stranded in Seattle for the night.
I have TSA pre-check. I didn’t realize that my TSA pre-check would not go through by purchasing my tickets through kayak. Not happy about that.

Alaskan Airlines try to grab money from you at every opportunity. Staff were rude up until onboard. The onboard crew were lovely. Definitely don't waste money on "first class" its an absolute joke. Seats hardly better, no access to lounge, no access to wifi and food isn't worth the fare.
My flight was not booked. I feel disappointed about it and am claiming return of the costs in dollars of my flight ticket Chicago - Boise with Checked baggage. Best regards, Cesar Whesly
when booking expected the return flight to be going back to Seatac instead was booked to Payne Airport and had to pay $100 for taxi to get to Seatac….i will NEVER use Kayak again-EVER
alaska did not make me aware of a QR code (for Costa Rica) I needed to board. I had checked in early (at home) and had my boarding passes all ready. They pulled me out of line the fill out the necessary form. By the time I fillled out the necessary documents, my boarding gate was closed. Alaska wasn't able to get me there (Costa Rica) for another 3 days. The phone number they gave me (to rebook) wasn"t answered until the next day. It was necessary for me to book another flight with avancia air!!! I would like a full refund. George Kisling

The flight was super fast and easy to board and the crew was really nice! However, my only complaint was that the flight was delayed for a while and we had to constantly change gates. But after boarding everything was smooth.
I was quite lucky that my flight didn't get cancelled. The Seattle snow thing really did mess up a lot of flights and they did the best they could
My luggage never arrived to my home destination. I wasn’t alerted that my luggage was never sent on the plane with me until I was one of the last people at baggage claim. Not only was my flight delayed 2.5 hours, my luggage never arrived with me on the plane. I now have no clothes in 30 degree weather No money. No clean underwear. And now worried about the expensive jewelry and ideas I had inside my bag not ever making it back to me. A better system should be made to contact the passenger while they are traveling so we have current info on our luggage. It is now 2am in the morning and I’m finally leaving the airport after waiting in a long line to place a claim on my bag. My flight was originally supposed to land at 11pm. I have work at 8am. This is not a pleasant way to enter into the new year.

Aside from lack of television screens in the plane the experience was pretty excellent.
They canceled my flight and keep me waiting in line many days. Now they haven’t called back
Korean short ribs were served! Delicious! Excellent alternate choices as well. Ribs were initially sold out and then i checked back and they were available again. Free, included with my ticket.
