Attendants at the terminal and in flight were friendly and very helpful
Everything is good I really like it
It was difficult just before boarding as the crew was not clear on where to go or where to provide documents. Other than that, it was okay. I would still use TAP again. :)
Being greeted by genuine smiles and greeting with eye contact!
Friendly staff and seats were comfortably spaced
I liked the fact that they told us WHY the flight was delayed. I liked the fact that the staff was super nice and came through the cabin twice for drinks and twice to pick up trash. Much appreciated!
Alaska has better quality planes and services than American, Delta and United.
Alaska is always my favorite airline to fly with but the WiFi did not work which was disappointing.
The flight was delayed by almost 4 hours and we were not notified in advance. There was no meals on the flight, and we were also not notified of this until right before the flight.
Nice short flight. No problems!😀
I had asked for a wheelchair but I had to hunt down someone and when I disenbarked, there was no one there to help me and I had to walk all the way up the ramp and could not breathe ,a few of the passengers were very upset because I could not catch my breath, they were more helpful than the airlines. The young lady who was supposed to help me did not show. A passenger started to push the wheel chair towards where I was supposed to be picked up by my son. Things were more organized in Portland,Oregon. The flight was very good.
Boarding area was a scrum, instead of a line. Audio selections are poor. The necessity or pre-ordering food is a hassle. Flight was delayed because of human error, not because of weather or mechanical issues.
Snack is full of empty calories.
Wish the flight attendants didn’t talk so much and so loud on the speaker. Captains gave updates which was nice!
Such a nice atmosphere with comfortable seats. When I have a choice it will be Alaska
Easy to check-in and smooth flight.
They were on time. Staff was professional and pleasant. Allowed me to have a carry on and select my seat. Very reasonable cost. Easy online check on and sms reminders. Will fly with them again.
The whole process sucked very unorganized and not enough I do available
This is one of the better domestic carriers. I seem to always get a little more customer service. They are easy to do business with.
I booked a flight SJC to ORD. It included a layover in LAX. I had to transfer my own baggage and pay for baggage twice!
More food options. The flight attendants aren’t friendly. Customer service lacks once boarded.
They cancelled my flight
I booked my flight business class trip to Thailand with kayak, but my final leg from Seattle to Denver was not processed correctly though Kayak (according to Qatar Airways). As such my first class ticket for a three hour flight turned into a 9 hour flight from Seattle Anchorage to Denver economy middle seat and no one is willing to answer what happened or take responsibility!!
They cancelled my flight from San Diego to DFW and then provided NO help in rebooking. I tried rebooking via app but system kept said it’s busy and try again. I tried calling and am still on list for a call back. Ultimately I had to pay $600 to get a flight back on a different carrier because I needed to get to work on Monday. Then today I noticed they rebooked me on a flight for a completely different day. The cancellation was bad enough then the lack of communication unacceptable. They should refund me the $600 for the flight ticket I had to buy.
There is not any form of entertainment. Other airlines offer in flight movies or shows at the customers use. You get one free hour of wifi that gets you half way through a movie during a 4 hour flight.
Boarding was a breeze. I like that they offered to check carry-ons. Considering we already had checked luggage it just made things that much easier. Drink options were good. I especially liked the bloody Mary mix with the lime packet. That was so delicious! Used to traveling other airlines where they have individual screens for each seat. Alaska does it different and you have to have your own device in order to access their media content.
No individual TV screens. So you must have a device like an iPad or a phone or a laptop to connect to their media service. Movie selection was mediocre at best. A lot of useless programming in my opinion. Also had a first, was asked to put my mask on between sips of a drink. That’s the first I’ve ever heard of that! We ate out every meal for a week straight and no one asked us wants to mask up between bites or sips. Nor did other Alaska flights ask us to mask up between sips. Thought it was pretty ridiculous.
Flight was delayed 2 and a half hours because of fog. The captain let us know there would be a delay after the entire plane was boarded (there had been fog all morning, this was a known issue before boarding)
