Nothing it was excellent
Boarding at gate 52A was not ideal. Had no idea we needed to catch a shuttle to the gate. It resulted in one of my daughter’s teammates missing the flight. Very disappointing.
The plane was on time; arrived Seattle half an hour early. Cabin crews were well mannered and cordial. However, snacks served during flight could have been better considering flight duration
The Alaska employee at my gate confirmed my luggage was on the plane, that was not true. I got to Seattle and my luggage never came they said it was still in LA. Not sure why he said it was on the plane, the international passengers on my flight before this one who just so happens to be on my connecting flight were all lining up at the luggage claim desk. None of luggage made it on the plane and the Irish man behind me in line said he also confirmed his luggage was the plane at the front desk at our gate.
I liked the crew. The seats were a bit tight, I did not like that
The bathrooms were clean and the syaff nice.
No WiFi on this plane. My butt was sore for almost the entire trip, and I was in a first class seat. I’m very tall and the headrest didn’t adjust vertically, so my neck was sore, too. Ticket counter, TSA, gate, cockpit and cabin personnel couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful, and I was a challenge, since I brought my mobility scooter with me on the trip for the first time. Kudos to one and all.
More room in the
The boarding system was easy and smooth. The flight crew was great and the captain kept us up to date on any delays. I always appreciate knowing what's going on. The snack option (just pretzels) sucks for me due to an allergy to wheat, but I do understand airlines cannot accommodate everyone in that aspect. Overall it was a great experience and I would recommend Alaska Airlines to people I know.
I struggled to see a movie. I had their app but somehow my iPad screen said it wasn’t a safe site and wouldn’t load anything. Meal was tasty enough but tiny chicken. I couldn’t get my seat to recline at all. However crew was pleasant and flight timely and clean.
Lost luggage. Uh oh! Hope to get it back.
Lost luggage. Sucks.
Changing my flight was easy, but the credit I got is only good for booking entirely new flights. Was hoping to use to upgrade seats or buy food.
would like gluten free options for a snack, maybe even bring back honey roasted peanuts!
Alaska airlines did great all around!
Just more option of movies to stream.
Allow checking in 24 hours before departure instead of only 4 hours.
the window seat was nice.
Having the ramp available when we landed would have prevented the 20+ minute delay sitting at the gate
Clean new airplane. Efficient service. Took off and landed on time.
Pleasantly surprised, first trip with Alaska. I am a business traveler does frequent travel. Crew is amazing moreover very very organized optimizing the boarding process, very helpful and efficient putting away carryons as well. Not like the major airline staff doesn’t even care.
Flight was delayed
Boarding should have been from the rear to front. It would be more efficient. About food and entertainment, it was a very short flight so understandably, these are not applicable.
This was a flight we booked for our brother and he was impressed with the ease and stress free ability to join us in a timely fashion . He hadn’t flown in over 22 years so it was an overdo adventure and all anxieties quelled 👍🏼
It was alright. Just boarding was delayed.
Alaska flight got delayed, Alaska doesn’t able to provide the flight within travel time. Ridiculous behavior from Alaska Staff, threatening me to cancel the trip and simply refund the fair. Has to layover 12 hours in Singapore which is bored, wasted almost a day for me. Never book again through Kayak as no one took responsibility to give proper flight.
Get access to the free movies they said they offered.
On board Alaska Airlines flights, cabin baggage should not exceed 55x35x22cm. If your hand luggage is bigger, the Alaska Airlines assistance team will most likely ask you to pay extra for checked luggage.
Alaska Airlines offers direct flights to 94 cities in 4 different countries. Seattle, Anchorage, and Los Angeles are the most popular cities covered by Alaska Airlines.
Alaska Airlines concentrates most of its flight operations in Seattle.
