Priority to the senior citizens for boarding will be necessary.
No priority was given to the senior citizens for boarding.
Entertainment systems non existent! Most were broken. No pillows even though it was a long flight. Place was too hot.
Please atleast Change or install the new chairs. Very old and broken almost everything inside. It doesn’t feel safe to fly when you sit inside the airindia flight from and to JFK to DEL. Very old interior. It doesn’t seems like International flight. Seems like delux SRTC bus. So sad to see that as indian. Bcoz we are proud of being Indian and only Indian flight abroad.
TV’s are not working properly. Entertainment channels are not good for children, As it was a long flight of 14 hours, there should be at least medium level of entertainment
The flight atmosphere is good for elderly people.
Entertainment system is 0000. Wheel chair service in India is very bad & operators employes are corrupt & crook. So sorry for these comments.
tv screen not working charging port not working seat not reclining completely staff having dont care attitude.
I don't recommend airindia flight to anyone
I don't recommend anyone air india
They have hit rock bottom.
The entertainment screen didn’t work at all throughout the flight.
The screens are not working. No good service & not provided enough meals.
There is no option other than poor in the bad rating so I selected poor. I was really on Ai 104 from DC to Delhi. And Ai 544 from Delhi to HYD. 104 flight seat 18d where I sat for 14hrs was literally falling off at the base. I could lift entire cushion.from chair and I had adjust it whole flight. Service and food was mediocre which I could give benefit of doubt but entertainment system was down in many seats. My family includes 4 of us and we got 4 seats at different parts of flight and my kids are 5yr and 10yr old. Not just us but several other families got seats separate. And as if it’s not bad enough, I lost 3 out of 4 checked In luggages, which I personally checked out in delicious and checked back in for domestic flight. Interestingly I even got email message stating all 4 bags are loaded into the connecting flight but only one made it to Hyderabad. It can’t be any worse I guess but never know as I am still waiting for my lost luggage. Thought it would get better after Tata’s became owners but seems like air India became bad to worse.
Air craft was in poor condition from inside Missing screws metal covers were loose and hanging none of tv working
Business class seat wasn’t a flatbed. Suitcases were left out in the rain and were wet!
Only thing to be liked is direct flight which is on time. The food is really bad, the tvs are broken, mine were both ways, plane in bad shape. Don’t even ask for water for few hours when you board del-jfk sector.
I have no entertainment for my entire 13hrs flight. They run of food for me ask me to take other food which I don't like. Crews are not helpful to solve any of my issues. I will never flight Air India again.
Hospitality is excellent Serving juices in between breakfast and meals is better
Hospitality is excellent serving juices in between break fast and meal is better in international flight
Both journey to and fro, the entertainment system was not working, either the remote or screen was broken and was not fixed.
Flight was very affordable and the airplane crew was professional. But the flight was dirty. Hadn't been cleaned properly. There was food waste from previous flight next to the seat. Entertainment/TV screens were not working for the majority of the passengers. No headset was provided on some seats. Food was okay. If you want to save money fly with them, but be prepared for compromises.
The aircraft has no working entertainment system. It is VERY BAD as for such a long distance flight. The control console was broken, the seat had cracks , had issue with velcro on the seat as the head support cover was not sticking on it. The crew and food was excellent,
Flight got cancelled, and Air India did a very very bad job at arranging alternate flight options for stranded passengers. There was no clear communication or management - passengers were asked to collect their baggage from baggage claim, and go back to the check-in counter for Etihad airways, and there most folks were told that their name did not show up on Etihad’s system. They were then sent back to the Air India counter, and this counter was a complete mess like a fish market with everyone yelling over each other, no proper lines, and no attempt from Air India employees to keep the crowd calm and organised. Here passengers were now told that there would be a special Air India flight the next day, and were asked to come back the following day (hotel accommodation was provided for those that needed it). The next day on arrival at the airport at the designated time, the Air India counter did not even open and all passengers were left waiting in a long queue for multiple hours. Finally Air India informs passengers that this flight is no longer available, and passengers need to get rebooked on United/Etihad. Passengers now again had to scramble to United counter and Etihad counter to try their luck at getting a rebooked flight. Finally (~30hrs after the original flight time) we got re-booked on Eithad airways. Rather than give passengers the run-around, Air India should have handled this more professionally, and taken care of getting passengers rebooked at the gate itself rather than asking customers to go scrambling from counter to counter.
Most TV’s are not working and poor responses from air hostesses
Most of the tv’s are not working. Very poor responses from the air hostesses
I think food quantity/quality could have been better. Rest I love air- india.
On board Air India flights, cabin baggage should not exceed 55x35x25cm. If your hand luggage is bigger, the Air India assistance team will most likely ask you to pay extra for checked luggage.
Air India offers direct flights to 84 cities in 25 different countries. Mumbai, New Delhi, and Kolkata are the most popular cities covered by Air India.
Air India concentrates most of its flight operations in New Delhi.
