Our connecting flight in Mexico City was a horrible experience. There was not a gate assigned. We literally had to walk endlessly until we reached An airline representative and asked if we were even going in the right direction. After an endless walk we finally came to the ground level where a bus was waiting for us to take us to the remote area where we weee to board.
I like that the flights were on time. However the transfer in Mexico airport was rather confusing Due to the fact the Aircrafts were remote.. once we reached the departure gate, we were bused to the aircraft. The hard part was getting to the departure gate. There was just no signs we just kept walking and walking and walking with no Teleprompter in sight. The crew using the PA system on the plane when notifying passengers needs to speak clearly and slowly! Their feeble attempt to speak in English is mumbled & unclear.
EVERYTHING WAS VERY GOOD
Flight was delayed and staff at information counter was very rude. Overall I loved flying with Aeromexico!
The Aeromexico ground crew is not very helpful and not very informative at all. I know the México airport is very crowded but they should explain better to the their customers.
In Mexico City they need more workers to help you get to your gate.Lost my connection due to bad communication on screen changing departure gate in Mexico City .They admitted there was a change but said it was my responsibility of asking ,I could not get information there was not enough employees to ask. I end up going with a different airline early morning next day..or I would of been there till Tuesday night!
The plane never took off.
Check in and security were a disaster and resulted in a 1 hr delay

Check in was a nightmare. Waited in line fir two hours. Check in earlier did not made any difference. Had to stand in line and go though the the process.
I’m having trouble recovering a backpack that was left behind.
I lost a luggage on the plane and auromexico has not been helpful
Thifty, Budget .. and all rental car companies are unethical in Mexico. They make the booking through american companies like Kayak, Priceline, Orbitz.. Upon arrival to Mexico and other latin American destinations there is a standard plot "we do not to have what you have booked "customer have not returned the car" like BS ...and always sells to much more expensive product and services and taking advantage. The American CEOs for the rental companies need to crack down on this malpractices.

Cons: I was told that I can make a change with no extra cost to me. Yea right what a rip off. I paid double for a the tickets.
Pros: Newer plane
Cons: Staff didn’t say much. Was warm on board. And quite late

Made payment for extra baggage online. When I got to check-in, they made me pay again. Lesson learned - Dont buy extra luggage allowence online, only pay at check-in.
Pros: The seat was comfortable.
Cons: There was utter chaos at pre-boarding. The snack was tiny. A flight attendant was rude. My seat assignment was changed without my consent.
Pros: Easy boarding-good selection of entertainment
Cons: Absolutely deplorable meal in business class- a pathetic sandwich and small bag of nuts- shows Aeromexico is still not committed to improving their image

Cons: Better rules for people who put the seat back while we eating ,some crewmembee could say something
Cons: Plane delayed on tarmac on arrival. Immigration line was chaos with no staff helping to provide order. Missed my connection and changed to another flight the next morning - aeromexico would not pay for hotel or taxi. Supervisors were rude and dismissive, didn’t care about effect on my plans.
Cons: Nice flt, competent and diligent cabin crew. But at ck in they assessed a $20.25 carryon bag fee even though my reservation via Kayak said one carryon was included. (It was within their weight and size limits) Even with empty seats they assigned me the non reclining row that abuts the restrooms (noise, smells, etc.)
Cons: boarding, we were told the flight was overbooked and we would have to wait for another flight
Cons: Terminal remota
Cons: left Houston more than 2 hours later, arrive in Mexico over 2 am
Pros: Crew needs to smile more! :)
Cons: warm food!
