Pros:The 6th Ave staff was very helpful at pickup. When I arrived to pickup a car, several other customers were there too. The staff kept working until after 5 to adequately take care of everyone. The staffer helping me gave me good advice on a full size upgrade as I'd reserved an economy car that wouldn't perform sufficiently in the mountains where I was headed. At dropoff, I accidentally went to the 11th Ave location. The fellow there was very agreeable about checking the Dodge Charger in for me, and it was so very quick.Reviewed Oct 30 2020

Pros:The staff was very friendly and the drop-off process was quick and easy.Cons:Pickup took 50 minutes. I had a confirmed booking for an economy car, but after a long wait, I received a mini-van. The van had a significant amount of dog hair in the rear seat, and only a quarter tank of gas.Reviewed Oct 13 2020

Cons:Told me they wouldn't do a pick-up or drop-off unless it was for an insurance claim. Ran my card for more than the agreed-upon amount causing it to be declined. Once I got that cleared up they said they can only run the card once per day. Asked if they can break a 20 so I can get change for the bus to go down to Avis, and they said they had no cash. Pros:Everything was great, fast, and friendly. The kayak price beat there's massively.Cons:It wasn't clear that the car would not be at the airport, but at a downtown location that was a $20 uber ride away because there was not shuttle. Pros:airport counter lady was unhelpful and insinuated it was my fault the car was not at airport; offered no help in getting me to other Enterprise location other then "take a car or uber".Cons:Rented car on line as we always do flying into Eugene and was informed at the desk that the car was not located at the airport; that my options were to rent there at DOUBLE the price; or rent a cab to go downtown to get a car there; no offers to help out in anyway.
