Car was not ready upon arrival even though we booked 2 months ahead. Had to wait over an hour after a very long flight, and had a 2 1/2 hour drive ahead of us. Agent was rude & seemed unconcerned. Car itself was fine, but customer service was poor.Reviewed Oct 5 2024
