Terrible! I reserved it online then wasn’t able to pick it up because I didn’t have a credit card. It had even taken my debit card while making the reservation. I went with a different rental company and wasn’t able to use my Budget reservation.Reviewed Dec 2 2024

The only thing that he had was a Ram truck. I was ok with that thinking he wouldn’t give me a huge Ram truck. I am 83 and 5’1”. I went to the truck and pulled myself in. Good exercise I told myself. First stop would be some where I could buy a step stool and some rope to attach to the stool so I could pull it into the truck. Only one othèr problem I could not solve, I could not see over the steering wheel. I had to go back in and hopefully they could find me another car.Reviewed Oct 19 2024
