Pros:My flight got delayed by a full day and Kayak was no help. But I was able to call the Alamo desk directly and they fixed everything! The car I rented was perfect for my needs and the price was right!Reviewed Jul 5 2020

Pros:Staff was fine. Dropoff site poorly defined, couldn't find it, which lead to disastrous problems. All of the other car rental agencies have clearly marked paths to their return sites at PDX. ALAMO's sign is low and poorly lit and when your attention is directed to the overhead signs reading "rental car returns", it's very easy to miss.Reviewed Dec 3 2019

Eugene office needs some customer service trainingPros:The car was fairly new, easy to access, the drop off facility at the Portland Airport was awesomeCons:The counter rep at the Eugene office wa rude, incorrect on several issues and made hiring the car difficult. She seemed to not be able to stand up ever, but sat there ordering me around from the back of her computer screen. The car smelled of smoke and we are non-smokersReviewed Jan 12 2019
