The car was small and fun to drive.Cons:
The car was small and we could barely fit our camping gear in it. The check engine/oil change light was on from the time we picked it up (obviously I didn't go get an oil change on my vacation) to the time we dropped it off. The tire pressure was low and the car needed its tires rotated as the steering wheel would vibrate at any speed above 45 mph. Overall I was okay with the price but was anxious the entire time driving the car that I would be charged in excess for preexiting conditions...10.0 Wonderful

The agent was not at the desk when I got there. A neighboring car agent had to text her to call her back to the airport. Waited 20 minutes to get service. Then, I went out to my car and found it was a tiny economy car (Ford Fiesta) when I ordered a compact car (“Ford Focus or similar). When I went back to desk to change cars it was now 6:03pm, and she was gone with everything locked up and closed. Had she been there when I arrived for my reservation there would have been time to deal with it. Instead I was forced to drive that tin can car for an 11 hour trip, and felt unsafe. The car had horrible seat stains and generally not clean. So basically everything could have been better about the experience except the price.10.0 Wonderful

The customer service, ease of pickup and drop off was excellent. Very happy with the transactions! No hard upselling and we were in and out within 5 minutes. Small airport and no wait time in line to pick up. Drop off was during early hours and we only needed to park the car and put the keys into a drop box. VERY HAPPY with ease of renting/customerservice/ease of drop off.Cons:
Car had not been cleaned at all before our renting it. Dash had soda spill and was sticky. Seats were marked up and had crumbs all over the back seats. Inside window was so dirty, we at first ran the defrost because it was just fogging up. Outside was dusty. Sonata didn't have fabulous pickup and at the seats weren't terribly comfortable. This doesn't reflect on Enterprise, just the actual make/model of the car.10.0 Wonderful

Pickup easy and helpful. The bad was that I WAS NOT told that there was to be a $100 one way fee. I was not told until I dropped off the vehicle. I am very upset over the whole situation.Cons:
To have been told before hand. I rented the car for a total of about 3 hours of driving to find out that I would have an additional $100 fee added for one way which I told them I was going one way BUT THEY didn't tell me of the additional fee. I will NEVER rent from them again!9.6 Wonderful

We reserved an SUV, but when we arrived they didn't have any SUVs. We got a pick up truck. It was raining. Not ideal for our suitcases. They told us to call the Bend office in the morning to get an SUV in Bend (45 min from our house), but when we called, they didn't have any either. So, we were stuck with the truck. Luckily, the weather worked with us, and it wasn't a fiasco. No discount offered.2.0 Poor
