Pros:Friendly and accommodating staff. Helped us change our car with no hassle at all.Cons:Cleaning of the vehicle. Front was still had a lot of bugs and it looked like there had been something spilled on the inside of the rear ds door, that had only been partially wiped up.Reviewed Nov 23 2020

Cons:I already explained this - I booked the rental car with a flight to DTW, and instead they gave me a car at the downtown detroit location. They said I could actually rent from the airport location if I would simply pay double the amount that was quoted. I ended up walking to another rental company.Reviewed Jul 9 2020

Pros:staff was courteousCons:I rented the car and selected "DTW" as the location. When I arrived they said I had actually booked the car at the downtown location. They said that they could give me the same car but for double the price. Since I had a one-year-old with me (and the rest of the family) I couldn't take an Uber, so I ended up walking to another car rental company and renting for them. The overall cost was ~$200 higher, though cheaper than what Enterprise offered. It should be made much clearer to people that when they book a flight to Detroit, the rental car should be at the airport location only.Reviewed Jul 9 2020

accidentally booked car at WRONG facility! had to Cancel, No car availPros:price was affordableCons:the car was at another facility when I arrived, I had no ride to get it, and they could not give me a car there because they were booked. Pros:The customer service was great during pickup. I accidentally went to the wrong location to pick up. Brooke at the DTW airport location was very helpful. Once I got to the correct location - customer service there was great as well.Cons:The car smelled of marijuana, I didn’t notice it until I had already left the pickup location because they brought the car to me with the windows down. I don’t think it had been cleaned very well because there were candy wrappers in the glove compartment and splatters of something on the passenger side door.Reviewed Nov 5 2018
