This was the worst car rental experience I have ever had. I waited 2 hours in line. There were about 30 ppl in front of me when I arrived and two Budget employees. Once I got my car all the windows were rolled down and the car smelled like weed. There were no alternatives. I had to leave the windows down all the time and drive around in 30 degree Michigan weather. Terrible experience.Reviewed Mar 5 2024
