4wd unavailablePros:Everything was quick and nice customer service but unhelpful that they only had 4vehicles to choose from.Cons:My husband called an hour before pickup to make sure they had 4wd or allwheel. Instead of just checking to verify, they said oh there is a 95% Chance there will be a one. Well I arrived with 4 vehicles to choose from. None 4wd or awd. Very frustrating since I had to drive to Denver in a snow storm. would have went with another company had i known. It’s Utah, please have 4wd vehicles.Reviewed Jan 8 2019

Charged TwicePros:Great CarCons:I was charged twice for my rental car and was not offered any help. I showed the woman helping me when i was picking up the car that I had been charged twice, yet she assured me that one of the charges would disappear. The charge never dropped and it took away all of the money I had for my weekend. I called back the next day to ask if they can help, and they said it was up to me to fix it and I had to call my bank to figure it out.Reviewed Jul 23 2018
