Cons: Horrible customer service and poor value.
Pros: It was a nice truck but getting an extension to the full week was impossible I am on my way back with the vehicle now and I feel I was very overcharged I have tried to call thim for two days and the res numbers do not match up .. they can’t even find the truck over the phone It looks like they’re gonna charge me about $600 for one week and on the paper it says 249 for one week

Cons: One tire was low on air, and we had to refill it. It continued to slow leak air throughout our rental.
Pros: We didn’t get the type of vehicle we supposed to have . They gave is no option. We booked a small pickup truck and we got RAM2500 power wagon...try to drive and park this beast anywhere in Park City . We had to walk over a mile to town from our hotel .

Cons: At the time of making the reservation budget states that a full size SUV would be a Chevy Tahoe or similar. That’s the kind of vehicle I was expecting (Ford Expedition, Nissan Armada, Toyota Sequoia, Toyota Land Cruiser, GMC Yukon, Chevrolet Tahoe) but I was given a Dodge Durango, a midsize crossover with 7 seats. Then at the counter they state that a Durango is pretty much a Tahoe which is a little bit lower to the ground. My family of 6 people had to carry luggage on their legs because of the small trunk with all the seats up. I explained the situation to Cody (manager in charge) he asked me to come back at 11pm that same day because we would receive a Ford Expedition. Once I went there, Cody’s shift ended so the manager in charge was Mark, which he did not have any information provided by Cody related to my particular situation. He asked me to come back at 7am the following morning so they can be plenty of vehicles and more likely they’d have a real full size suv available. So I went to the airport a third time but this time I arrived at 5:30am and I started looking at all the rental that were just returned. The third vehicle in that line was a Toyota Sequoia, so I said to myself. “Just wait until 7 as they requested but there’s a Sequoia there that may be assigned to me” and at 7am I went to the counter, by that time there was a GMC Yukon and a Ford Expedition that arrived later in that time frame and guess what: Mark was already gone, too. There was a lady with curly hair which I wish I remembered her name. She was the manager in charge of the lot at that moment, I explained the situation one more time and she is a little bit rude saying. This process will take at least 1:30hrs. I kindly explain that the sequoia is just the third vehicle in the line, and if she has a customer with special situation why not to help right away and have the detailing team to move 2 cars, so they can work on the sequoia and expedite the process for her and me. And she refused m, in fact, gave me some attitude. So at that point I gave up, felt really frustrated with the customer service and ended up losing 5 hours of my time in total by going 3 times to the airport and doing everything requested by the MANAGERS OF THE PLACE. That means that my family carried luggage through 1,500 miles on top of their legs inside a vehicle due to a lack of communication and/or not caring about the customer.
Cons: At pick-up was told they did mot have my car. Tried to make me tske a csr that was ro small for our luggage to fit. A big hour long hastle. In the end they magically were able to give me the correct size car, which I had purposely reserved months in advance. Dont appreciate being lied yo snd wasting my time.

Pros: Booked a 4WD car when we arrived they upgraded us without telling us the new price soaring to over 200 dollars more.

Cons: We were unable to pick up our car since they said that it would be about an hour to an hour and a half from the moment we made the reservation through Kayak. We made the reservation when we landed as we landed earlier than expected and they were still going to be open, once we got there, the agent told us it would be 1 to 1.5 hours until the car would be available. This was at 12:45 AM with 45 degrees outside. In the end we went to another rental company and made a reservation on the spot.
Cons: there was no car available at the time I had reserved....neededcto wait one hour... iwent to Hertz and got a car right away
Cons: They did not have the class of car we reserved available. We needed a large car because we had a LOT of luggage. We were told that we could have one size larger, but that we would have to pay the difference in cost. We explained that any time this has happened (and it has happened quite a few times), we were always given the upgrade free of charge. But Budget refused. We had no choice but to take the larger car and pay extra for it. It was extremely disappointing.
