Cons:The experience at the pickup wasn’t the best, not very professional. The drop off at the park and jet was awful. The attendant was hateful, directions were unclear and as my daughter said the whole set up was sketchy. It turned out ok but won’t be using them again.Reviewed May 16 2021

Friendly, helpful and accommodatingPros:Our flight was delayed and we were unable to contact the rental office due to cell phone failure. They saved our car for us over night even though they had no other vehicles available for other customers. Grand Cherokee RentalPros:Great SUV at a great price. Shuttle service to and from airport was very good with friendly drives.Cons:Having the rental agency outside of airport, but it was a small inconvenience, since there was not too much wait for shuttle van.Reviewed May 18 2017
