Paid for insurance and enterprise didn’t accept any 3rd party insurance so i had to spend an hour and 3 different phone calls to get my money back. car also wasn’t ready for the reservation i had to wait 45 minutes.Reviewed Sep 24 2023

Pros:NothingCons:Actually rent me the car for what I reserved it for online. Also I set the pick up and drop off location as LAX in Kayak and it made the reservation at downtown LA. That one is on Kayak.Reviewed May 21 2021

Cons:I did not end up keeping the Kayak reservation. I received a phone call from someone saying they were from Enterprise asking if I still wanted the car. Then they asked me for a phone number for an emergency contact. Then they asked for my email. I told them that I had entered it online and they said that was the website, this was the counter. I refused to answer more questions. When I went back to look at my reservation, I realized that I had been booked at a counter over 30 minutes from the airport, even though I had searched for LAX rental cars. I cancelled and booked directly with Enterprise and made sure it was the airport location. All in all, a bad experience that could have been much worse. I could have missed my meeting in LA.Reviewed Nov 13 2020

Pros:Nothing. You sent me to the wrong location. I asked for LAX airport. I even called to confirm my reservation was LAX airport and was told YES get on shuttle bus at LAX. after a long line wait at car rental was told it was for Korea town location and 30 minute Cab ride away.Cons:Will never se Kayak again and will advise everyone to do the sameReviewed Nov 7 2020
