We could not get our car from budget and had to use Avis. Which is owned by the same company. However, we were lied to and told if we didn’t fill our tank upon return, we would be charged the normal gallon rate for gas. We ended up being charged $9 a gallon. This is extreme price gouging, and we will be reporting it. Upon arrival to return our car, they told us it’s normal gas prices to refill or we would’ve went back and filled the tank. Friendly staff. Easy process to rent and return. The last time I rented at MCO, I dealt with two companies that just plainly “ripped me off” and misrepresented what they were offering. Pickup took forever like almost an hour waiting in line and there was literally only 1 agent and the other left for a break with a huge lineup. Then they didn’t even ask me if I wanted to opt in for tolls and just told me I was all set for tolls which they charged me $15 per day. I wouldn’t have spent anywhere near that much in tolls. Same with gas where the agent didn’t explain how it worked and I ended up getting charged a full tank of gas for nothing as well.Reviewed Feb 1 2025

The rate was outrageously high. They put me in a rental with a flat tire and broken radio. Then tried putting me in a car that was double booked. Then gave me an extra large suv for an insanely high amount. I was so disappointed I will never use them again.Reviewed Jan 20 2025

The women at the counter in MCO seemed to be annoyed she had to deal with us. No eye contact, short with us, robotic. Car was dirty inside and out, dings marked with white paint on all sides, carpet ripped by drivers feet, trash in console.Reviewed Jan 9 2025

We had a rental set up for 117.00 our flight got delayed and i went on website and changed pick up time when we got there had to wait 30 mins in line no big deal but once we got to counter they had not saved our car which was a 15 passenger van so then we had to wait 1 1/2 hours for our van after only getting 2 hours of sleep even after i updated and it cost us $231.00 not happy with price or processReviewed Jan 7 2025
