Pros:While I reserved my vehicle weeks ahead of time, I waited in line over an hour and a half. Also the vehicle was unclean and had scratches and was damages.Cons:Make the experience better for people who are spending hundreds of dollars to rent use Kayak and the rental car companies.Reviewed Sep 28 2020

Pros:Easy experience from beginning to end. Didn't have Compacts available, so was given a truck. Gas mileage was still ok, though.Reviewed Feb 10 2020

Pros:Staff named Beatrice was rude and has no customer service skills. They did not have my truck reservation since they had ran out of vehicles and all she said, "we don't guarantee reservation when you reserve online through third parties." Not even a sorry for the inconvenience.Cons:Do not go with thrifty, that is my advice. I will never use them again. It is true what they say, you get what you pay for.Reviewed Jul 8 2019

Pros:Extremely friendly customer service lady at the counter and very little wait time.Cons:I had to wait for about 5 minutes at the exit gate after I picked the rental car since there was nobody at the exit gate kiosk. But Noah was friendly and courteous as well. I was the only one in the garage so it would’ve been nice to have one of the workers anticipating me going to the exit gate.Reviewed Jan 28 2019
