The first car they gave me, the front bumper was loose and would not have endured the long drive to Dallas. Plus, the car was not real clean. The second car was much better but they forgot to open up the toll pass reader for the tollways in Dallas. When I mentioned this as I dropped off the car, the customer service person told me not to worry and that it doesn’t matter if the toll pass reader is in the open position or not. For a total cost of a one way rental from El Paso to Dallas for 10 days, $712 including the unlimited toll pass was okay but not a great deal.Reviewed Dec 30 2024
