My experience was outstanding! Excellent car, spotless and fun to drive. I left my phone in the car and went back to retrieve it. The customer service rep took my information and went looking for the car. Ten minutes later she came back with it in her hands. What a great relief 😅Reviewed Jul 2 2024

Pros:Excellent staff at pick up and drop off.Cons:Car smelled like cigarette smoke and wasn't very clean. Line to pick up car at the airport was VERY long, took over an hour to get the car.Reviewed May 25 2021
